Student answer (Band 6.0)

There is ongoing debate regarding whether it is good or not to famous people are followed by paparazzi wherever they go, to take their photos. There is dual opinions some people have considered it good because many individuals like to know about such famous people' life. On the other hand some others believe that photographers are doing wrong because it makes famous people feel uncomfortable . prior to my opinion both the point of views will be discussed in the ensuing paragraphs with valid reasons and appropaiate examples.

Discussing the former view, some individuals

give their opinions in the favour of photographers

because many people follow such

famous personalities and facsinated by daily life updates of them. Photographers

and media provide such information to

the people. For instance, Many fans can

meet their favourite celebrities by geting

the updates of their arrivals which is provided

by the photographers.

On the other hand some individuals

disregard to photographers such behaviour,

as It is wrong and mannerless to follow famous people everywhere they go because it can threaten

privacy and security of those people. Famouse people also have their personal life so it is inaccurate to nonstop follow them without their

permmision.As result many famous people

feel uncomfortable and anxious before

go anywere. to illustrate, many bollywood

celebrities wear mask or hide thier

face to be save their self from the paparazzis

To conclude, despite professional

photographers provide the daily updates

to the fans and audience by nonstop following the famous people, I firmly believe

that it is totally wrong and illegal to follow

them everywere. Taking the information

and pictures after their permision is

more appropiate.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both views and provides a clear personal opinion. The ideas are relevant, such as the public's interest in celebrity lives versus the privacy concerns of the individuals. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For example, the argument regarding fans meeting celebrities is a bit simplistic and could be expanded with more depth. The position is consistent throughout the essay, and the conclusion effectively summarizes the main points. To reach a higher band, you should aim to provide more nuanced arguments and ensure that the supporting examples are fully integrated into the logical flow of your paragraphs.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. There is a basic attempt at using cohesive devices such as 'On the other hand', 'For instance', and 'To conclude'. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and some transitions feel abrupt. The use of referencing is occasionally unclear, and the paragraphing is functional but could be more sophisticated. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one will help improve the overall coherence and cohesion of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The range of vocabulary is adequate for the task, but it is somewhat repetitive and basic. There are several spelling errors, such as 'facsinated', 'permmision', 'anywere', and 'thier', which occasionally distract the reader. While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'paparazzi' and 'privacy', the overall control is limited. To improve, you should focus on expanding your range of synonyms and ensuring accurate spelling. Using more precise collocations would also help convey your ideas more effectively and demonstrate a higher level of lexical control.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that affect the clarity of your writing. Examples include 'to famous people are followed', 'some people have considered it good', and 'before go anywere'. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with spacing and capitalization. While the meaning is generally clear, these persistent errors in basic grammar and sentence construction prevent the essay from reaching a higher band. You should focus on subject-verb agreement, correct preposition usage, and proofreading for basic sentence structure errors.
