Student answer (Band 5.5)
Some individuals think that clicking photos of famous celebrities is positive, whereases other believe that follow the famous people everywhere is negative. I will discuss both views in upcoming paragraphs.
How taking pictures of famous people can be good. The first reason public can see their favourite person. There are alot of people who feel delighted after seeing their role models. Up to date pictures helps public to know better about famous people's lives. For example, Instagram posts helps to track well known person's lives. Therefore, pictures can be good thing to give update to public about famous people.
on other hand, some believe follow famous people for photos is negative. The prominent reason is privacy. Sometimes famous people tries to hide few things from public, but photography can violate their privacy. when they see their non perdicted photos on social media, they feel sometimes embarrass. This impact on their daily lives. They avoid to come outside in fear of photography. In addition to this, sometimes they try to hide their face with mask. These photography can be stressful for them at some point. Apart from that, clicking pictures everywhere is irritated. For example, photographs try to get film stars pictures on airport. They feel irritate and also get delay for their flights. Therefore, always taking pictures can be wrong.
In conclusion, photographs should take pictures with agreement of famous people. It would be benifical for both celebrities as well as public.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both views and provides a personal opinion, though the development of ideas is somewhat limited. The essay falls short of the 250-word minimum requirement, which negatively impacts the depth of the argument. While the main points regarding public interest and privacy are relevant, they are presented in a brief, somewhat repetitive manner. To improve, you should expand on your examples and provide more nuanced reasoning to fully explore the implications of the paparazzi culture. The position is clear, but the overall development is insufficient to reach a higher band.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is mechanical and sometimes inaccurate, such as the awkward transition 'on other hand' and the repetitive use of 'therefore'. Referencing is occasionally unclear, and the flow between sentences is somewhat choppy. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and phrases (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in contrast') to create a more natural progression of ideas. Paragraphing is present, but the internal cohesion within paragraphs needs more sophistication.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and word-choice errors, such as 'non perdicted photos' instead of 'unsolicited' or 'candid' photos, and 'clicking photos' which is informal. You rely on basic vocabulary like 'good thing' and 'bad thing' repeatedly. To improve, aim to incorporate more topic-specific vocabulary related to media, privacy, and celebrity culture, and work on using collocations more accurately to express your ideas with greater precision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('photographs try to get', 'famous people tries to hide'), missing articles, and incorrect word forms ('irritated' instead of 'irritating'). While the meaning is generally understandable, these recurring errors demonstrate a lack of control over complex structures. To improve, focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy, particularly verb tense consistency and pluralisation, and practice constructing more complex sentences with correct punctuation.
