Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this modern world, photographers follow celebrities to take pictures for their personal life updates. some intellectuals support that it is acceptable because the public is kept updated with their life while another group of thinkers believe that they should have some personal life. This essay will elaborate both the views, along with my advocacy that famous personalities should have their own personal and private life, citing relevant examples.
To begin with, the critics believe that it is acceptable to capture celebrities photos. This is mainly because of their fans of stars are always interested in knowing about their personal life, clothes, relationship, hobbies and many more things. This is to say, there are many famous personalities have big fan following and they really interested in what's going on their personal and professional life. Furthermore, many media platforms capture celebrities photographs on different places for their social media platforms to gain more likes and comments. In other words, media reports revealed different celebrities photos and videos on variety of platforms for sensational news of that particular person and for personal growth on social media for comments and likes. for example, as per the news famous business family "Ambani Family" celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi at their private celebration at home and media cover all the news related the celebrities guest, food and decoration.
On the contrary, the latter view suggests that, famous person has their own life and private space. This is to say that, celebrities have their privacy too as compare pas normal people. They also have right to live freely and tension free in their own country without hesitation and scare. Moreover, capturing them on town or anywhere will impact on their emotions and family life. This means, they are always under the spotlight throughout their life directly impact on mental health and also negative impact on their family members. For instance, as per the report famous cricketer "Virat Kohli " shifted London with his family because it will negative impact on their children and he told that he is not feel safe India.
Finally, in my opinion, I firmly support the second view that celebrities gave them private space and not to capturing everywhere they have right to live without any tension because it will negatively impact on mental health and mind
To conclude, there are many advocates of taking photographs of celebrities are acceptable however, my arguments prove that people should have right to live their personal life with their family and friends.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views—that photographing celebrities is acceptable due to public interest, and that it is intrusive and harmful—while clearly stating the writer's own opinion in the introduction and conclusion. Ideas are extended and supported with examples, such as the mention of the Ambani family and cricketer Virat Kohli. However, there is a tendency to over-generalise and some minor repetition of points, particularly regarding mental health and family impact. The position is maintained throughout the essay. This performance aligns well with the Band 7 descriptor, as all parts of the task are addressed and a clear position is sustained with supported ideas.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is clearly organised into logical paragraphs, with a discernible introduction, body paragraphs addressing each viewpoint and the writer's opinion, and a concluding paragraph. Cohesive devices are used to signal transitions, such as 'To begin with', 'On the contrary', and 'To conclude'. However, some referencing is slightly unclear or mechanical, and paragraph transitions occasionally feel abrupt. Additionally, there are minor issues with cohesion within sentences, such as 'capturing celebrities photos' and 'celebrities gave them private space'. Nevertheless, there is a clear logical progression throughout the text, satisfying the criteria for Band 6.5 or a solid Band 6, leaning towards Band 6.0 due to somewhat mechanical cohesive devices and occasional referencing flaws.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The student demonstrates an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully attempting less common items and collocations such as 'famous personalities', 'sensational news', and 'private space'. However, there are noticeable lexical inaccuracies, awkward word choices, and grammatical word-form errors, such as 'capturing celebrities photos' instead of 'photographing celebrities', 'big fan following' instead of 'a large following of fans', and 'shift London' instead of 'moved to London'. Spelling is generally acceptable, but vocabulary limitations and occasional inappropriate collocations prevent the score from reaching higher bands. The lexical resource is sufficient to allow communication, fitting the Band 6 descriptor well.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The writer uses a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, incorporating relative clauses and conditional structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors and punctuation slips throughout the text, such as missing prepositions ('safe India' instead of 'safe in India'), incorrect verb forms ('celebrities gave them private space' instead of 'celebrities should be given'), and tense inconsistencies. For instance, the sentence 'Finally, in my opinion, I firmly support the second view that celebrities gave them private space and not to capturing everywhere...' contains significant structural and grammatical confusion. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to place the grammar performance securely at Band 5.5 or Band 6.0. Given the mix of complex forms alongside recurring errors, a Band 6.0 is appropriate.
