Student answer (Band 5.5)

In recent era, We all see that instagram is full of video's of famous person properly coverd by professional photographers and Tv reporters on the public places where they frequently go such as gym, studio or temples. Some of people belives that it is totally normal and they are fully interested to see their life style. On flip side other have feels that its not right to follow famous person. In my point of view I feel free to stands with the people who have interested to see their lifestyle.

To begain with, photographers post onlt that thing which is demanded by people by giving millions of like and comments on their videos. The most importent reson we is treands. For example, now I see the cloths fashion by the video's of actors what they are wearing I mostly try to buy same brand. Another crucial reason is insperition comes by watching their famous sports man. To examplify, I belive that my dream to became cricket man comes from Virat's viral vedio in which he give speach of motivation in front of stadium in which he mention how he come zero to hero of life.

Nevertheless, another array of people belive that filming a person all time is completey bad manners. Firstly, The freedom of their life affect every badly as they are in stress when they wish to go any public place where they go offenly. for example, Visting to their special place when they wish to go with their love one's. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both views regarding paparazzi culture and provides a clear personal opinion in the introduction ("In my point of view I feel free to stands with the people who have interested"). Ideas are extended with relevant examples, such as fashion inspiration from actors and personal motivation derived from Virat Kohli's speeches. However, some arguments tend to over-generalise or lack deeper logical extension. The development is somewhat hindered by basic phrasing, but the core requirements of the prompt are successfully met. This aligns best with the Band 6 descriptors, as all parts of the task are addressed and supported by relevant, albeit simplistic, examples.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is divided into an introduction, two body paragraphs representing opposing views, and a brief conclusion, showing a clear overall arrangement and paragraphing structure. Cohesive devices and transition markers such as "To begain with", "Nevertheless", and "To wrap up" are employed, though some are misspelled or used rather mechanically. Referencing is occasionally unclear, such as pronoun ambiguity in the body paragraphs (e.g., "they frequently go"). The progression of ideas is generally easy to follow, making this performance a solid fit for Band 6.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, but contains numerous spelling and word-choice errors, such as "coverd", "belives", "insperition", "vedio", and "dispurbing". The student attempts less common vocabulary like "professional photographers" and "inspiration", but the frequent errors occasionally strain the reader and reveal limited control over word formation and collocation. This corresponds closely to the Band 5 descriptors, where the lexical range is minimally adequate and noticeable errors persist throughout.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The student attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, such as relative clauses and conditional-like structures ("what they are wearing I mostly try to buy same brand"). However, there are frequent grammatical errors in tense consistency, preposition usage, and punctuation (e.g., lowercase letters at the start of sentences, missing articles, and awkward phrasing like "how he come zero to hero of life"). While communication is generally maintained despite these errors, the high frequency of faulty complex structures places this response firmly at Band 5.
