Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this digital era, many journalists capture photos of distinguished people without taking a permission from them. Numerous individuals believe that populace would love to see their favourite celebritities' videos. However, others deem that photographers should not follow superstars. In this essay,I will discuss both views and give examples to prove my point.
To begin with, nowadays, a plethora of newspaper companies upload the photos of famous celebrities through various social media application. This is because mostly youngsters are using various social media applications and they love to follow their starts on it. If media houses upload the private photos and videos on social media, they will generate revenue from it. For example, in India, there are thousands of media channels hire photographers only to capure private moments of celebrities, so they can become most loveable media page amoung their users.
However, some masses opine that it is not moraly right to follow famous people for photographs without their permission. This is because actors and actrresses have their personal lives too. Also, sometimes many photographers capture oops moments of heroines, which is not accepable ethically. Moreover, famous people also have right to live life in private. People like there lifestyle, it does not mean that media should capture photos of them .
In conclusion, I vehementaly believe that photographers should follow distinguished personalities because followers have love to watch photos of their ideal people. Although, media houses can take photos of famouse people so they can develop employment, they should not take private photos.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views—the benefits of photographing famous people due to public interest and the ethical arguments against it—while also stating a personal position. The position is maintained throughout the essay. However, the ideas are somewhat repetitive and under-developed, particularly in the conclusion where the stance appears slightly contradictory regarding whether photographers should or should not follow celebrities. Key terms like 'celebritities' and 'starts' show minor distractions, but the overall task is addressed at a Band 6 level, where relevant ideas are presented though some parts are slightly unclear.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay is organized into clear paragraphs, starting with an introduction, followed by two body paragraphs discussing each viewpoint, and ending with a conclusion. Cohesive devices such as 'To begin with', 'However', 'For example', and 'In conclusion' are utilized to structure the response, though some transitions are used a bit mechanically. Paragraphing is used sufficiently and appropriately, maintaining a coherent overall arrangement despite some occasional awkward referencing and phrasing throughout the text. This aligns well with the requirements for Band 6.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
The student uses an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting less common lexical items such as 'plethora', 'distinguished personalities', and 'vehementally'. However, there are notable spelling and word-choice errors throughout the response, including 'celebritities', 'starts' instead of 'stars', 'amoung', 'moraly', and 'accepable'. While these errors are noticeable, they do not impede communication because the writer's intended meaning remains understandable. This performance corresponds to Band 6 lexical resource descriptors.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, utilizing relative clauses and conditional structures such as 'If media houses upload...'. However, there are frequent grammatical errors and punctuation issues, such as missing articles ('taking a permission', 'have right to live life'), incorrect prepositions ('take photos of famouse people so they can develop employment'), and minor punctuation spacing errors ('essay,I'). Despite these errors, the sentences generally remain comprehensible and communication is rarely impeded, placing the essay securely at Band 6.
