Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both perspectives and state a personal view, particularly in the introduction and conclusion. The point that followers want updates, and that photographers can earn by sharing images, is relevant to the public-interest argument. However, this side is developed mainly through general claims about copying celebrities’ habits, with little explanation of why public interest justifies photographing them wherever they go. The privacy argument is also brief: “everyone wants privacy” is clear, but the consequences of persistent pursuit are not explored. Your position is not fully consistent: you initially say this is “a good thing,” then conclude that photographers should respect privacy and share only acceptable material. Clarify your view and support each side with more specific reasoning or an example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs beginning “On the one hand” and “On the other hand,” and a conclusion. This makes the two views easy to identify. The main progression within paragraphs is less secure, however. In the first body paragraph, the discussion moves from followers to photographers’ earnings, travel, and fans copying celebrities without clearly showing how each point supports the argument. Some linking is mechanical, and references such as “they” in “they follow them copy them” are not always easy to track. The conclusion also introduces a qualification about which videos should be shared without explaining it. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each supporting point explicitly to the paragraph’s main claim.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “followers,” “privacy,” “media,” “famous face,” and “day to day activities,” so the reader can generally understand the subject. There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “healthy food habits” and “stay connected.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unclear, including “gain TRP,” “present at front of people,” and “publicaly accepable.” Frequent spelling errors—such as “paparajies,” “intrested,” and “celebreties”—also make the writing less fluent to read. Build a more precise set of expressions for media attention and privacy, and check spelling and collocations carefully before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt a mixture of simple and more complex sentences, including a contrast structure with “On the one hand” and “On the other hand,” and a concluding sentence beginning “Although.” These attempts show some range, but control is inconsistent, and errors sometimes make the intended meaning difficult to follow. For example, “celebrities has number of followers” has problems with subject–verb agreement and sentence structure, while “everyone wants privacy in their life included celebrities” does not form a clear grammatical relationship between the ideas. There are also errors in articles, plurals, and punctuation, such as “at any event.Sometimes.” Aim first for accurate subject–verb agreement and complete sentence patterns, then use complex clauses with clear connections.
