Student answer (Band 5.5)
Availability of clean water is essential and fundamental right of every citizens. So the access of water should be completely free of cost to every home. I partially agree with this view because our lives are seemed to be imcomplete without water and people should give some contribution to access water.
To commence with, water is blessing and essential for living. Water play an crucial role in our particular life and every corner of life. We are unable to survive without water because it helps us in everything such as in kitchen, clean the floor and many other sectors. Clean water reduce the symtoms of disease, bacteria in water which are harmful for our internior and affect badly. The government should take some contribution charges from every household to maintain the clean water by using filter machines.
However, government should take the responsibility for providing the filtered water to every citizens of their nation. In addition, they also have to get some charges from every household and give instruction to use effectively. The state should some charges not much by which every citizens pay without worrying about their finance. Moreover, the charges collected from every household, have to allocated towards water supply company for filtering and preventing the water from diseases.
In conclusion, water is fundamental and basic right for accessing it. I partially agree with this view because government should implement some charges for maintain the supply company as well as provide the fitler water safe from every bacteria which are harmful for consumers.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is identifiable: you partially agree, arguing that water should be supplied while households contribute some money towards treatment and maintenance. This is relevant to the question, and you give reasons such as the need to prevent disease and fund filtration. However, the response only partly develops the issue of whether every home should receive water free of charge. The distinction between essential water for basic needs and charges for higher use or service costs is not explained, and the claim that people should contribute is repeated rather than supported with a specific example. Develop both sides of your partial agreement and explain clearly who should pay, and for what.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “To commence with” and “However,” and a conclusion. The ideas generally follow a sensible order, moving from water’s importance to government responsibility and funding. Some links are mechanical, though, and the relationship between points is not always clear. For example, the first body paragraph shifts from household uses to disease prevention and then to charging households, without fully explaining the connection. The second paragraph repeats the idea of collecting charges and allocating them to water companies. Use clearer topic sentences and develop each paragraph around one distinct reason; make references such as “they” and “the charges” unambiguous.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “fundamental right,” “filtered water,” “household,” and “water supply company.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors make the expression less natural or occasionally unclear. Examples include “water is blessing,” “every corner of life,” “symtoms,” and “internior.” Phrases such as “take some contribution charges” and “preventing the water from diseases” do not express the intended ideas idiomatically. Build a more precise set of topic phrases and check spelling and word forms. Choosing natural combinations such as “charge households” and “prevent waterborne diseases” would make your argument clearer and more fluent.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including a reason clause with “because” and a relative clause beginning “which are harmful.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “Water play an crucial role” has subject–verb and article errors, while “every citizens” and “Clean water reduce” show problems with agreement and plurals. The sentence “The state should some charges not much” is missing a main verb and has an unclear structure. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then add complex clauses. Check subject–verb agreement, articles, and complete verb phrases when editing.
