In this burgeoning world, Air ,Water and House are basic need for every people and animals.'' Without Water the life is not possible for no one.''Water is one of the resourse which is given by God.It is nature property. In this era,No people are spend their life without water,in our contry 70% water and 30% land are avalible. so, we are using weterin a badly.we are using Water is a important but we can try to waste of the lots of water.
In the Frist side of the coin ,we are discussing for How water important?and How we can right way to using water in a daily routine? In the recent time most. of the people are living in a flats ,they have 24x7 running water supply in their facility in their home and offices . As a reason public have no idea to using minimum water to their daily rutine house hold chores and in a work please using water fot wash areas and cleaning areas.A part from that the have not importance of water so, they are wasting lots of water .
In a reverce side of the coin same people are always save water like a store rain water, using water for daily work for minimum water flow, also Government are sending some rule and punishmene for wasting water in a big way ,beacause it is well said that ''Government is by the people ,of, the people and from the people.''
Agglomareting all the points elaborated above it can be concluded that , If water supply is free of charge public have not valued it but If governer make some stonge rules and also gave a meter box to generate bill for using water capacity it is helpful for stop waste of the water. Moreover to that arrange awareness program to spred a knowledge for how important water in our future for our Generation? Unfortunately , we are cutting water area and making some high floor buildings,as a reson pesple have need mor water supply and it's very dengurous condision for our future generation. because now a day water resio is decresed compare to the last decades.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response is relevant to the topic and gives a discernible view: you argue that water should not simply be free because people may waste it, and suggest metering, bills, rules and awareness programmes. These are useful starting points, but the task is only partially addressed. The essay does not clearly distinguish the right to access clean water from whether household use should be charged for, and it does not explain how a free basic supply could coexist with charges for excessive use. Several claims, such as the figures about land and water and the decline in water resources, are not clearly connected to your position or supported with examples. State your agreement or disagreement directly, then develop two relevant reasons with specific explanation.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some organisation: the response moves from an introduction to contrasting points and then a conclusion, and phrases such as “In a reverse side of the coin” signal a change in direction. However, the overall progression is difficult to follow because the paragraphs do not consistently build a clear argument. The first body paragraph discusses waste in homes and offices, while the next shifts to saving water and government rules without explaining how these points relate to the question of free supply. Linking expressions such as “Moreover” and “because” are sometimes used mechanically or connect ideas unclearly. Use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s main reason, and make each following sentence explain or illustrate that reason. Clearer paragraph boundaries and references would also help.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “water supply,” “rain water,” “awareness program,” and “future generation,” so the reader can identify the subject and some of your intended points. However, the usable range is limited, and frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choices sometimes make meaning difficult to understand. Examples include “resourse,” “weterin,” “reverce,” and “water resio”; phrases such as “water area” and “high floor buildings” are also unclear in context. Some expressions, including “Frist side of the coin,” do not sound natural for an academic essay. Build a reliable set of terms for access, consumption, conservation and charges, and check spelling and collocations carefully before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response attempts both simple statements and longer sentences with reasons, for example, “If water supply is free of charge public have not valued it but If governer make some stonge rules…”. This shows an effort to connect ideas, but complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors can make the reader work to understand the meaning. Examples include “Air, Water and House are basic need,” “No people are spend their life,” and “they have 24x7 running water supply.” These show problems with agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence construction. Punctuation and capitalisation are also inconsistent, including unnecessary capitals and missing spaces after commas. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then add subordinate clauses and check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
