Student answer (Band 5.5)
Clean water is a crucial topic for debate on human rights. Its significant need of human race and should be made available without taxing over. And my beliefs are no different from a common man trying to survive on the horizon of the beloved planet heart.
According to the renouned human welfare organizations there are stilll plenty of remote areas in existance with no direct source of water. Yet, life thrives their in form of human extinct to survice in any given curcumstances. There are several reasons behind presence of such type of area.Firstly, it could exist becase of an extremely remote area where no modren government influences. Secondly, the government negligence of authorities itself. But, when it comes to tax these goverment never forget even the inch of a land they rule.
Pure water is the basic necessity of the human inheritance. Government should prioratise the availability of drinking water to over part of their ruling land. The idea of making it free of cost perhaps sounds difficult to the authorities because, in desserted land like arabia water is more valuable than crude oil. It is because on this land, soil holds oil more than concentration of water. But, I would still be wanting national authorities to grant access of pure water with no charges to ordinary people.
all in all, I would conclude by saying. basic necessities like drinking water, education for youngsters, health services for elderly folks should be offered free of cost to all the people living in the society.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You express a position in favour of free access, particularly in “I would still be wanting national authorities to grant access of pure water with no charges.” You also recognise that providing water may be difficult in places where it is scarce. However, the response only partly develops the central question of whether every home should receive a free supply. Much of the second paragraph discusses remote areas and government negligence without explaining how these points support your position, and the example of Arabia is not clearly connected to a practical argument. The conclusion adds education and health services, which are outside the specific question. Develop two relevant reasons—such as affordability and the cost of maintaining water infrastructure—and support each with a clear example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs and a concluding statement. Sequencing words such as “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “all in all” help signal the direction of the discussion. However, progression is uneven because the discussion of remote areas, taxation and water scarcity does not consistently build toward the answer. Some links are abrupt, especially the shift from government negligence to taxation, and the final sentence introduces education and health services rather than drawing together the water-supply argument. Paragraphing is generally appropriate, but clearer topic sentences and more explicit links between each reason and your position would make the argument easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “human rights,” “basic necessity,” “availability,” and “authorities.” However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unclear, which sometimes makes the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “Its significant need of human race” and “survive on the horizon of the beloved planet heart” do not express your intended ideas naturally. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “renouned,” “existance,” and “desserted.” Aim for precise, straightforward language rather than ornate phrases, and check spelling carefully. More accurate expressions such as “access to safe drinking water” and “government responsibility” would suit this topic well.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a sentence beginning “Yet” and a conditional explanation about remote areas. However, control is inconsistent, and some sentence structures make the meaning hard to interpret. The opening contains a fragment: “Its significant need of human race and should be made available without taxing over.” The sentence beginning “According to the renouned human welfare organizations” also has an unclear construction, while “I would still be wanting” uses an awkward verb form. Punctuation and sentence boundaries need attention too, as in “all in all, I would conclude by saying. basic necessities…” Practise forming complete sentences with clear subjects and verbs, and review articles, agreement and punctuation.
