In addition, the total population of earth are wasting sustainable water in mining industry and other unnesessary things such as using so much water on bath and watering plants or even washing their cars by clean water.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, reaching only 150 words. This significantly impacts the development of ideas, as the arguments remain underdeveloped and lack sufficient detail or examples. While you state your opposition to the prompt, the reasoning provided is fragmented and does not fully explore the complexities of the issue. To improve, you must expand your arguments with more depth, provide clear examples, and ensure you meet the length requirement to allow for a full discussion of the topic.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay shows some attempt at logical organization, but the progression of ideas is often disjointed. The use of cohesive devices is limited and sometimes inaccurate, such as the awkward transition 'Thereby' at the start of the second sentence. Paragraphing is present, but the ideas within the paragraphs lack a clear flow. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'on the other hand') to connect your sentences and paragraphs more smoothly, ensuring that each idea leads logically to the next.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is quite limited and repetitive, which restricts your ability to express complex ideas. There are several instances of awkward word choices, such as 'every accommodation have to have' and 'salted water of ocean'. Spelling errors like 'unnesessary' also detract from the quality of the writing. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use more precise terminology related to the topic, such as 'desalination', 'potable water', or 'resource management', and work on improving your spelling and collocation accuracy.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The grammatical range is limited, consisting mostly of simple sentence structures. There are frequent errors in subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'every accommodation have to have', 'every creatures... can drink') and article usage. Some sentences are grammatically incomplete or confusing, such as 'which can not be cost'. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction and subject-verb agreement. Additionally, try to incorporate more complex sentence structures, such as conditional sentences or relative clauses, while ensuring they are punctuated correctly.
