Yes i belive every family should receive water free of charge. I think water is very imprtant for healthy life. There are many disease that cause due to dirty water. In every home water that come is not clean so its not benefical for heath that's why its need of humman to access free of charge water.
Now there are many shortage of water in different country so goverment need to give humman free of charge only necessory water that they need. If some need extra water that they pay for it. Goverment need to attach clean water collers in public places like in markets, shopping marts, moals etc. It make people healty.
For Example I live in lahore. The water that comes in my home is not clean. At some time there is also black water come from tap. So If people need it for drinking and personal use than its vey harmfull for health so goverment need to give free access to clean water. Water is very important part of life If people drink dirty water then they get ill and not feeling well. Due to this they all are get medical treatment so goverment need to give free of charge to every one. Now a days water is become very big problem for goverment and public. Each individual drinks water many time a day if they drink clean water then they are healty. So its appels for goverment its basic need for all the people to access clean water.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of free water access. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention health benefits and the role of government, the arguments are repetitive and lack depth. For instance, the point about 'black water' in Lahore is a good personal example, but it is not connected to a broader discussion on the economic or social implications of free water. To improve, focus on extending your arguments with more complex reasoning, such as discussing the impact on public health budgets or the potential for water wastage if it is provided entirely free of charge.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the flow between sentences is often mechanical and repetitive. You rely heavily on simple connectors like 'so' and 'and'. There is a lack of sophisticated cohesive devices to link ideas logically. For example, the transition between the general argument and your personal experience in Lahore is abrupt. To improve, use a wider variety of linking words such as 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'nevertheless', or 'in light of this' to create a smoother progression of ideas throughout the text.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is quite basic and repetitive, which limits your ability to express complex ideas. You frequently use simple words like 'good', 'bad', 'need', and 'give'. There are also several spelling errors, such as 'imprtant', 'benefical', 'heath', 'humman', 'collers', and 'healty', which occasionally make the text difficult to read. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use more precise academic vocabulary and ensure correct spelling. Focus on learning collocations related to public policy and health to make your writing sound more professional and natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a high frequency of grammatical errors, including subject-verb agreement issues (e.g., 'there are many disease', 'water that come'), missing articles, and incorrect verb tenses. Sentence structures are predominantly simple, and attempts at complex sentences are often marred by errors in punctuation and word order. For example, 'If some need extra water that they pay for it' is grammatically incorrect. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically ensuring that subjects and verbs agree and that articles are used correctly before nouns.
