Student answer (Band 6.0)
Water is very necessary for life. Without water no human being can live and stay alive. And having the clean water is also a basic need and right of every human being. Because of living in democracy system the government who takes our precious votes from us responsible for providing us with the facility of clean water supply to our home without any charges.
The reasons for my answer are that it's a responsibility of every identity card holder to vote a team to make them a government so after this that's the responsibility of every government to at least provide the clean water supply to every home on time without applying any charges so the citizens don't pay any extra charges for clean water and purchase it from malls.
The reasons for my answer is that if the government starts providing the clean water supply to the home to everyone's home then i think that 70% of diseases can be decrease because the major purpose of diseases is dirty and unfiltered water and also it's proved from the scientific methods and many of scientist approved that the most of the disease causing germs enters the body by dirty water.
Therefore if the government starts providing clean and filtered water to every home without any charges most of the diseases quantity can be de3creased and people can live a healthy life. And also if we look around many successful countries provide free water to their civilians free and also they are much away in the ground of success comparing to other countries.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of free water supply. However, the development of ideas is somewhat repetitive and lacks depth. While you mention the health benefits of clean water, the argument regarding government responsibility is circular and relies on simplistic reasoning (e.g., 'identity card holder to vote a team'). To reach a higher band, you should provide more nuanced arguments, such as the economic implications of public health or the distinction between 'free' services and taxpayer-funded infrastructure. The ideas are relevant but remain at a surface level throughout the essay.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the logical progression is hindered by repetitive phrasing and a lack of sophisticated cohesive devices. You rely heavily on simple connectors like 'And also' and 'The reasons for my answer are'. The transition between the idea of voting and the provision of water is mechanical rather than fluid. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'in light of this') and ensure that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence that advances your argument rather than restating the previous point.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the precision and variety required for higher bands. You use basic terms like 'very necessary', 'dirty', and 'good'. There are also some awkward collocations, such as 'much away in the ground of success' and 'diseases quantity'. To improve, aim to incorporate more academic vocabulary related to the topic, such as 'infrastructure', 'public health initiatives', 'socio-economic', or 'sanitation'. Avoid repeating the same phrases, such as 'clean water supply', and try to use synonyms or paraphrasing to demonstrate a broader range of language.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and some attempted complex sentences, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede flow. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'the government who takes... responsible'), article usage (e.g., 'in democracy system'), and awkward sentence structures (e.g., 'the major purpose of diseases is dirty water'). Punctuation is also inconsistent. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, ensuring that every sentence has a clear subject and verb, and proofreading for common errors like missing articles or incorrect verb forms.
