In topic asserts about the availability of safe drinking water is an fundamental human right. Moreover every home should have a water supply which is arranged free of charge. In this essay , I will give my views on the agreement to the topic as well as discuss on both viewpoints.
In this era of development and growth most of the people have been demanding on some basic human rights like clean and safe water to be fulfilled by the government. I firmly believe that clean water is essential for your overall health and wellbeing. For instance, In Japan the water is so clean that people can drink water from public place which is safe to drink and requires no extra cost.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The essay addresses the prompt but fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, which significantly impacts the development of ideas. While you present a clear position, the arguments remain superficial. For instance, the discussion on the costs of water purification is relevant, but it is not fully explored or linked back to the core argument of whether it should be 'free of charge'. The conclusion is incomplete, cutting off mid-sentence, which prevents a full summary of your position. To improve, ensure you fully develop your supporting points with more depth and reach the required length to demonstrate your ability to sustain an argument.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the progression of ideas is hindered by the incomplete ending. You use some cohesive devices like 'Moreover', 'Conversely', and 'For instance', but these are sometimes used mechanically or with slight awkwardness. The referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the opening sentence where 'In topic asserts' is grammatically confusing. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensure that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence that flows logically into the next. The abrupt end of the essay also disrupts the overall coherence.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. You use some basic errors in word choice, such as 'In topic asserts' instead of 'The topic asserts' and 'arranged free of charge' instead of 'provided free of charge'. There is also some repetition of basic terms like 'clean water' and 'safe water'. To reach a higher band, try to incorporate more sophisticated collocations and topic-specific vocabulary, such as 'infrastructure', 'subsidised', or 'public utility', and ensure your word choices are contextually accurate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text that occasionally impede clarity. Examples include 'most of the people have been demanding on some basic human rights' (incorrect preposition) and 'even if the basic right to clean water is adhered by the administration' (missing 'to'). You rely mostly on simple sentence structures, and attempts at complex sentences often contain errors in punctuation or syntax. To improve, focus on mastering subject-verb agreement, correct preposition usage, and the accurate construction of complex sentences. Proofreading for basic errors like missing articles or incorrect verb forms is essential.
