Access to clean water is a basic human right, and every house should have a supply of clean water which is free of cost. This essay supports the idea, since water is needed in order to complete daily tasks and for physical fitness.
People have been using water for washing clothes, cooking and gardening from the beginning of the evolution. Since it is essential for household chores to be done by water supply, individuals will find it difficult to afford the expense of a water bill. If authorities provide clean water service in all houses of a region without any charge, it will enable citizens to do daily tasks of their home efficiently without any obstacle. For example, when a need for water arises in a house, people tend to buy water bottles for their usage. If the government provides water supply in every home without any bills, individuals can save a lot of money and lead a peaceful life. Hence, to lead e quality life the government should provide free water service to its citizens.
Furthermore, for physical wellbeing, fresh water is vital for health. Every human needs water which is clean and drinkable. Provided that people need to consume water daily, they need the water supply in their homes. If they are financially unstable, how are they going to manage these expenses of water bills daily? So as a form of human right, the government or civil authorities need to ensure that every house has a fresh water supply. For instance, If people can have a access with the free water supply, people will become less vulnerable to waterborne diseases for consuming fresh water. Thus, public's health wellbeing will enhance, and can use the free facility of water supply.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have clearly stated your position in the introduction and maintained it throughout the essay. The ideas regarding financial burden and health benefits are relevant and directly address the prompt. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat repetitive. For instance, the argument about financial instability is mentioned in both the second and third paragraphs without adding new depth. To reach a higher band, ensure each paragraph introduces a distinct, well-supported point rather than restating the same concept. The conclusion effectively summarizes your stance, but the overall development remains a bit simplistic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each with a central theme. You use cohesive devices such as 'Furthermore', 'Thus', and 'In conclusion' to guide the reader. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and the referencing is occasionally imprecise, such as in the sentence 'If people can have a access with the free water supply', where the connection to the previous thought is a bit clunky. The progression of ideas is generally smooth, but the internal structure of the paragraphs could be improved by varying the linking words to avoid repetitive phrasing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'vulnerable', 'wellbeing', and 'essential'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation that limit the score. For example, 'e quality life' (likely a typo for 'a quality life'), 'have a access with', and 'public's health wellbeing will enhance' are slightly unnatural. While your vocabulary is sufficient to convey your meaning clearly, you rely on common expressions and lack the more sophisticated, precise lexical items required for higher bands. Expanding your use of collocations would be beneficial.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, such as conditional sentences ('If authorities provide... it will enable...'). While these structures are generally correct, there are frequent minor errors in articles ('the expense of a water bill') and prepositions ('access with'). Additionally, some phrasing is awkward, such as 'from the beginning of the evolution'. While these errors do not impede communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and article usage will help improve your accuracy.
