Overall i completely agree with this statement. I believe that situation is highly advantage as it could bring a number of merits in terms case of access
As we know that intake of pure water is a basic need of humans because it's protect us from germs and keeps us healthy so we need a basic instrument to clean water from impure state to pure state. The cost of water supply are high so it is provided free of charge. Some people don't have a enough money to buy a water supply that's the basic need while some people don't wat to pay for it. I agree with this statement that is provided free of cost.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position, but the development of ideas is limited and repetitive. While you mention that water is a basic need and should be free, the arguments lack depth and logical progression. For instance, the suggestion to place water tanks on roads is unclear and does not directly support the argument for free home supply. The ideas are often stated rather than explained or supported with relevant examples. To improve, focus on expanding your arguments with specific reasoning or real-world examples to provide a more comprehensive discussion of the topic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is divided into paragraphs, but the logical flow between and within them is weak. The use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as the repetitive use of 'Resultant' and 'Secondly' to start paragraphs that do not follow a clear logical sequence. Referencing is sometimes unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow your train of thought. To improve, use a wider variety of linking words and ensure that each paragraph focuses on a single, well-developed idea that connects logically to the next.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often imprecise. There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'availability to pure water from germs' and 'highly advantage'. You rely on basic vocabulary and repeat words like 'pure', 'water', 'supply', and 'free' throughout the text. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use a wider range of vocabulary, including less common words and phrases, and ensure that your word choices are accurate and appropriate for an academic context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'cost of water supply are high'), missing articles, and incorrect sentence structures (e.g., 'I'm completely agree with this'). The range of structures is limited, consisting mostly of simple sentences. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, including correct verb forms and article usage. Once these are consistent, try to incorporate more complex sentence structures, such as relative clauses or conditional sentences, to demonstrate a wider grammatical range.
