Student answer (Band 5.5)
In the fast-paced world, communities belive that portable water is bare minimum hence, each home should have a no cost for the water supply. I completely agree about this opinion.
On the one hand, urban area poeple can affort the water bill but rural area cannot affort it. It leads to a rural area poeple can take a durty or unhygienic water and then become a ill, and then such kind of waterborne disease and terminal illness. For instance, In india epidermic disease spread durinng year of 2024 due to the unhygienic water , then government take a action against it because it reduce a people growth and further it produce loss of country growth. goverment should ensure access to clean water.
On the another hand, govermnment already take a tax from the communities and earth , because it is the bare minimum for every poeple. For instance, abroad country provide a free clean water for the people health concern. Secondly free of charge produce lower healthcare cost because more usage of the pure water it can leads person growth and country growth, poeple are more healthier and country growth are increase rapidely . For instance, goverment provide lots of project about clean water at every home it help to every people in the country. it improve a overall
well-being and promote public health
To sum up, main reasone i agree about that is that health concern, because low number of people affected to the disease and country growth is high if all people are healthier.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of free water supply. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention health and economic benefits, the arguments are repetitive and lack depth. The examples provided, such as the reference to India in 2024, are vague and not fully integrated to support the argument effectively. To improve, ensure that each paragraph focuses on a distinct, well-explained point rather than restating the same idea about 'country growth' multiple times. The conclusion is also quite brief and does not fully synthesize the main points presented in the body paragraphs.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, 'On the another hand' is grammatically incorrect, and 'then' is used excessively as a filler. The progression of ideas within paragraphs is sometimes disjointed, making it difficult to follow the logical flow. Referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the phrase 'tax from the communities and earth'. Improving the variety and accuracy of linking words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one will significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally limited and repetitive. There are frequent errors in word choice and spelling, such as 'portable' (intended: potable), 'belive', 'affort', 'durty', and 'epidermic'. These errors occasionally impede the reader's understanding. While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'waterborne disease' and 'public health', the overall range is narrow. To reach a higher band, you should focus on using more precise academic vocabulary and ensuring correct spelling. Avoid repeating basic phrases like 'country growth' and 'every home' multiple times throughout the text.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a high frequency of grammatical errors, including subject-verb agreement issues ('government take a action'), article misuse ('a unhygienic water'), and sentence fragments. The range of structures is limited, consisting mostly of simple sentences with some attempts at complex structures that are often faulty. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with irregular spacing and capitalization. To improve, you must focus on basic sentence construction, specifically ensuring that subjects and verbs agree and that articles are used correctly. Reducing the number of run-on sentences and improving control over basic grammar will help clarify your meaning.
