Access to clean water is a basic human right. Therefore every home should have a water supply that is provided free of charge.

Student answer (Band 4.0)
Water is the basic need of human being. The clean and drinkable water is essential to live a healthy life. water is considered as macromolecular nutrient in biology as for each and every cell require it to function. As we all know that various type of life threatening diseases are caused by dirty water. Hence the drinking water should be clean and free of contamination.
As we live in a country which is known as the second richest drinking water source. The drinking water issues are maximum seen in urban city due to over population.
