In this contemporary epoch, there is no denying the fact that water hold a paramount significance in our life so it is believed by some people that now day water is basic humans need and most of the people took to water supply provide to every home free of cost, However i disagree with the given statement.
Admittedly, first and for most worth of water because this time people are very safely us to the water and that way every day most of the water save and not west as well as most the people every time vast of the water just like open to the water pipe and other activity. Apart from this is that, electricity because every water splay are using to the high amount of electricity just like other big countries. for example a survey conduced by Ox ford University also indicated that Japan country government are provided to the every time water because every people are pay to the water amount.
However, its predominant is that government pay the fee for the workers because most of the people work to the water splay factory and government is pay to the high amount of the every month is the works and employ and that way government never provide free of cost water. to instance a report by Time of India also reveled that India government is higher to the every month new works in the water factory.
In conclusion, I would reiterate that although there are a few reason is that workers, yet fact in from of waste of water and us electricity which can lead to word holistic

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position against free water supply. However, the development of ideas is significantly hampered by a lack of clarity. While you mention the cost of electricity and the need to pay workers, these points are not logically connected to the argument in a way that is easy to follow. The examples provided, such as the reference to Japan and India, are vague and do not effectively support your position. To improve, ensure that each paragraph focuses on one clear reason and provides a logical explanation that directly supports your thesis statement.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is divided into paragraphs, which is a positive step. However, the progression of ideas is often disjointed. The use of cohesive devices is frequently mechanical or inaccurate, such as 'Apart from this is that' or 'to instance'. These transitions do not effectively link your sentences or ideas, making the text difficult to follow. Additionally, the referencing is often unclear, leaving the reader to guess the intended meaning of certain phrases. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each sentence flows logically from the previous one is essential for a higher score.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is quite limited and often inaccurate, which frequently impedes communication. There are many instances of incorrect word choice, such as 'vast of the water' instead of 'waste of water', and 'word holistic' at the end, which is unclear. You rely on basic vocabulary and struggle to use collocations correctly. To improve, focus on learning common phrases related to public services and economics, and pay close attention to the correct form of words (e.g., 'water supply' instead of 'water splay'). Expanding your range of vocabulary will help you express your ideas with greater precision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often make the text difficult to understand. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'water hold a paramount significance'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, such as 'Admittedly, first and for most worth of water because this time people are very safely us to the water'. The lack of control over basic grammar, including verb tenses and word order, significantly affects the clarity of your writing. Focusing on sentence construction and proofreading for basic errors would be highly beneficial.
