Student answer (Band 5.5)
Everyone have right to clean water, It's a basic human right. By the way every house should have a water supply for free of charge. I completely agree with this statement provided because water is a natural resource so it have no right to charge on it also provide access to clean water is a basic human right.
On one point, Providing access to clean water for everyone as a basic human right. As water is natural resource everyone cannot afford clean water in society so government should take action to give a clean water for free of cost to every individual and must provide water supply for every house with free of cost by implementing tanks, wells etc. For example, Now a days for some basic human essentials were depends on water like cooking, bathing.
In another point of view, If government provide access to clean water and water supply for every house with free of charge unable to know the value of water for people. To avoid such things like wasting water have to take implement in some campaigns uses of water, what was the purposes of water, what are advantages of water to basics human needs, Without water how drastic the human life leads. For example, people does not know the value of water in every day life like while taking shower they don't turn off the tapes. They take more water while drinking, After drinking they spilled remaining water.
Overall, Access to clean water is a basic human right because they can prevent from diseases through contaminating water also every home should have a water supply with free of charge of It was a right to every human as it was a natural resource.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position, but the development of ideas is inconsistent. While you mention that water is a natural resource and a human right, the arguments are somewhat repetitive and lack depth. For instance, the second paragraph attempts to discuss the potential downside of free water (lack of appreciation), but the explanation is fragmented and difficult to follow. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, well-supported idea. The conclusion restates your position but introduces new phrasing that is slightly confusing. Aim to provide more logical links between your premise and your supporting examples.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which is a positive step. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. Phrases like 'On one point' and 'In another point of view' are used to signal transitions, but they do not always lead to logical progression. Referencing is also problematic; for example, 'To avoid such things like wasting water have to take implement in some campaigns' is grammatically unclear and lacks a clear subject, making the flow of ideas disjointed. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each sentence clearly refers back to the previous one will significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive, relying on basic terms like 'water', 'free', and 'basic human right'. There are several instances of awkward word choice and collocation errors, such as 'take implement in some campaigns' and 'drastic the human life leads'. These errors occasionally impede the reader's understanding. To reach a higher band, you should attempt to use a wider range of vocabulary related to the topic, such as 'infrastructure', 'subsidized', 'conservation', or 'essential utility'. Focus on using words in their correct context rather than relying on simple, repetitive phrasing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that affect readability. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'Everyone have right', 'it have no right') and sentence structure (e.g., 'Now a days for some basic human essentials were depends on water'). Many sentences are fragmented or lack proper punctuation, which makes the text difficult to follow. While you attempt some complex ideas, the lack of control over basic grammar prevents these from being expressed clearly. Focus on mastering simple sentence structures first, ensuring correct verb forms and articles, before attempting more complex grammatical constructions.
