Yes sure access to clean water is a very important human right. Therefore every house should have a proper water supply that should be provided free of cost.

Providing fresh and clean water to there people should be Government first duty, because fresh water is very important for our body and also for our animals.

Fresh water is also compulsory for making our food and also for washing our clothes. If the Government are not providing fresh water to there people in result the people will feel bad and there bodies will become very weak and it will also cause of new disease.

In my country there many places where people are using dirty water that,s way there children are becoming ill and not fully fit and also there animals are using dirty water it is not good for there health and also it damage there bodies,in my opinion the reason is many factories are in our cities and discharging chemical in our our earth.

In result our earth is not giving fresh water and it the dirty water is doing damage slowly in or lives.

On the other hand in my society our city Government is providing proper fresh water free of cost and it help us.

Fresh water is also important for our animals if give them fresh water they will gill fresh milk to us and will be good for our health and also for our bodies.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses the prompt by expressing a clear opinion in favor of free water supply. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive. While you provide reasons such as health and hygiene, the arguments lack depth and academic rigor. The structure is quite informal, and the conclusion is brief. To improve, you should aim to expand on the economic or social implications of providing free water, rather than simply listing basic needs. The response is somewhat simplistic in its approach to a complex socio-economic issue, which limits the score.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the logical progression is often interrupted by awkward phrasing and a lack of sophisticated cohesive devices. You rely heavily on simple conjunctions like 'and' or 'also'. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the sentence 'In result our earth is not giving fresh water', where the connection to the previous point is weak. Paragraphing is present, but the internal flow within paragraphs is disjointed. Using a wider range of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'in contrast') would significantly improve the flow of your arguments.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is basic and repetitive. You frequently use simple words like 'good', 'bad', 'fresh', and 'dirty'. There are also several instances of word-choice errors, such as 'cause of new disease' instead of 'cause of new diseases' or 'will gill fresh milk' (likely a typo for 'give'). The range is insufficient to express complex ideas with precision. To reach a higher band, you need to incorporate more academic vocabulary related to the topic, such as 'infrastructure', 'public utility', 'sanitation', or 'socio-economic burden'.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement ('the Government are not providing'), article usage ('in result the people'), and confusion between 'there' and 'their'. Sentence structures are mostly simple, with very few attempts at complex sentences. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing spaces after commas and periods. These errors occasionally make the meaning difficult to follow. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors like 'there/their' and pluralization would be a good starting point for improvement.
