In modern era some people agree clean water should provided every home and the other citizens are not satisify with the question statement. in my opinion clean water is a basic neend for human, therefore every home should be provide free of charge.

on the one hand the government should supply clean water every home because water is a basic need for every individuals, therefore people should water carefully dont wast water the government spends money for clean water for instance, when people drink pure water so they feel healthy and deceses is reduce so clean water is crucial for us.

on the other hand, few people disagree with the statement this type of people say that policy maker not gives water through money, furthermore, some time people have no money they can't purches water with money so government supply water is free of cost. one of the clear example, water is a precious thing by Allah s, we don't wast it we use water when we need it and use carefully.

In conclusion, i believe that clean water is essential for lif. however, it is not practical to provide it completely free. the government should provide a basic amount of water is free, and charge for extra use. In this way, everyone will have access to water and resources will not be wasted.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, which significantly impacts the development of ideas. While you present a position, the arguments are underdeveloped and lack sufficient supporting evidence. For instance, the point about health benefits is mentioned but not expanded upon, and the counter-argument is somewhat confusingly phrased. Furthermore, the conclusion introduces a new idea (charging for extra use) that was not explored in the body paragraphs. To improve, you must expand your arguments with specific examples and ensure your conclusion reflects the points already discussed.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the flow of ideas is often disjointed. While you use some cohesive devices like 'on the one hand' and 'in conclusion', they are sometimes used incorrectly or in a mechanical way. The referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the second paragraph where the transition between the government's role and the need for water conservation is abrupt. To improve, focus on using linking words to connect sentences more logically and ensure that each paragraph has a clear, singular focus that supports your overall argument.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, often relying on basic terms like 'clean water' and 'money'. There are several spelling errors, such as 'neend' (need), 'deceses' (diseases), 'purches' (purchase), and 'lif' (life), which occasionally impede readability. You struggle to use less common vocabulary effectively. To reach a higher band, you should aim to incorporate more precise academic vocabulary and synonyms to avoid repetition. Focus on learning the correct spelling and collocations of common academic words to improve the clarity of your writing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains frequent grammatical errors, including issues with subject-verb agreement ('policy maker not gives'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are run-on or lack proper punctuation, making them difficult to follow. There is a very limited range of complex structures, and the attempts made are often inaccurate. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles. Practice writing simple, error-free sentences before attempting more complex grammatical structures.
