It is often argued that, drinking water is paramount for the survival of human beings , Because of this people access to clean water which basic human right . Therefore water supply that is given to all homes should be free of charge. I completely agree with statement which I will discuss my upcoming paragraphs.
To commence with, there are number of reasons why water supply should be free? The first and foremost reason is it is necessity. To be more precise, water is source of living without water consumers can not survive in the world. Its necessity for working in different fields such as cooking, bathing, construction work and so on. It should be free of charge because human have right to use these resources. A survey which was conducted by British Broadcasting corporation revealed that 78% of water supply is provided to northern part of the world for free.
Another point to be consider that why water supply is free for everyone? First of all, cleaning water saves us from health issues if their system is free then it will beneficial for all individuals because people in queues will not take enough water for their daily needs. The government should be provide water facilities to people in all area . An article by The English Times revealed that 9 out of 10 people who live in rural areas they use free water supply.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention that water is a necessity and that free access improves health, the arguments lack depth and specific logical progression. For instance, the claim that 'people in queues will not take enough water' is unclear and does not strongly support the argument for free supply. The examples provided, such as the references to the BBC and The English Times, appear generic and lack sufficient detail to fully support your points. To improve, focus on expanding your reasoning with more nuanced explanations of the economic or social implications of free water.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which is a positive step. However, the flow of ideas is often interrupted by awkward phrasing and mechanical use of cohesive devices. Phrases like 'To commence with' and 'Another point to be consider that' are used, but the internal logic within paragraphs is sometimes disjointed. Referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the second paragraph where the connection between the survey and the argument for free water is not explicitly linked. Improving the use of transition words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one will help improve the overall coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and variety required for a higher band. You rely on basic terms like 'necessity' and 'source of living' repeatedly. There are also some issues with word choice and collocation, such as 'if their system is free then it will beneficial' and 'the government should be provide water facilities'. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use more academic collocations and precise terminology related to public policy and resource management, while also ensuring that your word forms are used correctly in context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and some attempted complex structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede readability. Issues include missing articles ('is source of living'), incorrect verb forms ('should be provide'), and punctuation errors, such as the unnecessary question mark in the middle of a statement. Subject-verb agreement is also inconsistent, for example, 'human have right' instead of 'humans have a right'. While the meaning is generally clear, the high frequency of these errors limits the score. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for subject-verb agreement and article usage will significantly improve your accuracy.
