Human has some basic fundamental , one of them is purified water. Every citizens can not get the clean and mineral water , where it is the basic human rights. So , every home should have free water supply.

To begin with, all citizens have not take the advantages of clean water due to the high charges of the water purifying products. So, those who have money and capable to buy only they can use ,otherwise rest of the population direct intake the unclean water . Water come from river, dam or some projects to peoples, Which are not fully hygienic . When children and unhealthy people drink, then they may affect by some diseases . However, some citizens face in supply of water, due to under construction or not develop there area, they can not take the clean water. For this reason, sometimes they unnecessarily spend money to buy medicines and in hospital. Mainly , in rainy season it may cause a serious problem. Because we can not to go outside to take water. So, a project must be conduct which can supply water in every door of citizens those who are actually needy.

Secondly, i believe those who have money and also government should take a project to fulfill every humans right. For the service charge and maintenance government may collect small amount of money. Moreover, the main focus will be to distribute clean and free of cost water. Some places many people distribute among citizens with clean water . But ,which is not complete every one need, so government has the best resources and funds . So it can be done maximum solution by government. The main aim will be all people can provide by the clean and zero cost water . So that we can call it yes we complete the mission and fulfill every human basic rights.

In conclusion, i suggest to build some new projects and fund rise by government and some private company so it may solve quickly. We all are humans, if we are not solving each other problems then it useless that you have money or may be successful.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of free water supply. However, the development of ideas is inconsistent. While you identify the problem of water access and suggest government involvement, the arguments are often repetitive and lack specific, well-developed examples. For instance, the mention of 'big products' to clean water is vague. To improve, you should focus on providing more concrete reasoning—such as the economic benefits of a healthy population or the role of infrastructure investment—rather than repeating the need for free water. The conclusion introduces new ideas about private company involvement that were not fully explored in the body paragraphs.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, the transition 'So, those who have money...' is used repeatedly, and the logical flow between sentences is sometimes disjointed. The use of referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the phrase 'which is not complete every one need'. Paragraphing is present, but the internal progression of ideas within paragraphs lacks the sophistication required for a higher band. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one will significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but remains quite limited and repetitive. You rely on basic terms like 'clean water', 'money', and 'projects' throughout the essay. There are also noticeable errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'direct intake the unclean water' instead of 'consume unclean water' and 'fund rise' instead of 'fundraising'. To achieve a higher score, you need to demonstrate a wider range of vocabulary, including less common lexical items and more precise collocations related to public policy and health. Avoid using informal phrasing and focus on using words that accurately convey your intended meaning.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('Human has some basic fundamental'), article usage ('the clean and mineral water'), and sentence fragments or run-on sentences. For example, 'When children and unhealthy people drink, then they may affect by some diseases' contains errors in both structure and passive voice usage. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on sentence construction and proofreading for basic errors will be beneficial.
