Water is an essential part for any living organism as it is necessary for health and long life that's why it is also an important for government to provide water facility to every home of country with any charges. I totally agree with this statement now i will discuss this matter in detail.
Firstly, water supply to everyone's home is a most common right of every citizen. Some people in our country drink water and no one have any idea about water quality and its specific Ph. Clean water supply to every home would away from many diseases to people. one of my neighbor person story was that one day he drank water from home null at night and on following day his health was out of order he went to the doctor and told his problem after checkup doctor red his report and advise him to change his water because his house water was so unhealthy. It is our government duty to provide clean water to every citizen of country firstly, it is human right and soundly, because it takes taxes form us and it is its responsibility. Nowa days our rich personalities drink clean water and poor persons drink unhealthy water and suffer from some dangerous diseases. At the end drinking clean water and provide it to others through government and rom some persons that afford it is our moral duty.
To conclude, i want tin say that government should ensure the water quality of houses and if it is not so good it is his duty to solve it and provide proper purify plants to houses without and charges because clean water is necessary for health.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of free water supply. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention human rights and government responsibility, the arguments are somewhat repetitive and lack depth. The example provided about your neighbor is anecdotal and lacks the broader analytical perspective required for an academic essay. To improve, you should focus on developing your points with more logical reasoning, such as discussing the economic implications or the public health benefits of universal access, rather than relying on personal stories. The conclusion is a bit simplistic and does not fully synthesize the arguments presented.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the flow between ideas is often mechanical or disjointed. You use basic cohesive devices like 'Firstly' and 'To conclude', but the transitions within paragraphs are sometimes abrupt. For instance, the shift from discussing water quality to the neighbor's story is jarring. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as the use of 'it' in the conclusion, which makes it difficult to follow the logical progression of your argument. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear, unified topic sentence would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but remains quite basic and repetitive. You frequently use simple terms like 'water facility', 'unhealthy', and 'good'. There are also some awkward collocations and word choices, such as 'rich personalities' instead of 'wealthy individuals' or 'affluent citizens', and 'house water' instead of 'domestic water supply'. To reach a higher band, you should aim to incorporate more precise, academic vocabulary related to the topic, such as 'infrastructure', 'socio-economic disparity', 'potable water', and 'public health initiatives'. Spelling errors like 'Ph' (pH) and 'tin' (to) also detract from the overall quality.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay relies heavily on simple sentence structures. While there are attempts at complex sentences, they are often marred by grammatical errors, such as 'that's why it is also an important for government to provide water facility'. Punctuation is inconsistent, with frequent run-on sentences and missing commas, which makes the text difficult to read in places. Subject-verb agreement and article usage (e.g., 'to every citizen of country') are also problematic. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors like missing articles and incorrect verb forms before attempting more complex structures.
