I completely agree with argument because it is human right and essential for health.

One of the main reasons is human right. many people are poor in the country and cannot afford clean water. They earn small money that only fulfill daily expenses. Government should established water plants all over the country and provide purified to people at cheaper or free of cost. For example in USA, government build numerous plants that provide clean water to population in minimal cost. Thus it is important for every human drink mineral water.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position, but it fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, ending at 232 words. This under-length significantly impacts the development of ideas. While the main arguments regarding human rights and health are introduced, they are not fully explored or supported with sufficient depth. The conclusion is also incomplete, trailing off mid-sentence. To improve, you must expand your supporting arguments with more detailed analysis and ensure the essay is fully completed to meet the length requirement.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the basic structure. However, the progression of ideas is sometimes hindered by the incomplete nature of the conclusion. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'One of the main reasons' and 'In conclusion', but the transitions between sentences are occasionally mechanical or slightly awkward. The referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the second paragraph where the link between the USA example and the argument for free water is not fully articulated. Improving the flow between sentences and ensuring a complete, logical conclusion would enhance the coherence.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and variety expected at higher bands. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'earn small money' instead of 'low income' and 'purified to people' instead of 'purified water to people'. The use of 'mineral water' is also slightly inaccurate in the context of general water supply. To improve, focus on using more natural collocations and a wider range of academic vocabulary to express your ideas more precisely.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The response contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('government should established'), article usage ('in USA'), and pluralization ('all house'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with capitalization and sentence boundaries. While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these errors prevents a higher score. You should focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy, specifically regarding verb tenses and noun-verb agreement.
