The clean water is human right access. However every home should have a water supply that is provided free of charge.

First of all clean water is necessary of drinking cooking and washing and food making good health. Clean water make healthy and powerful. If water is provided free charges in every homes and every state. Everyone can have access to a basic amount of clean water. For example, children from poor families can have safe drinking water at home, which can help prevent many water-related diseases.

However water provide unlimited people waste water and not pay amount. In many cities, water is already becoming scarce because of population growth and climate change. A reasonable water charge can encourage people to use water carefully. Governments can also provide free or very cheap water to poor families while charging other households according to their usage.

In conclusion, I believe that everyone should have access to a basic amount of clean water for free because it is necessary for life. However, unlimited water should not be free, as this could lead to waste and put pressure on water resources. A fair system can protect both people and the environment. Water problem is much large. people solve problem in big areas and make water dam.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses the prompt by presenting a balanced view, ultimately arguing for a nuanced approach rather than a blanket 'free for all' policy. The position is clear throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention the benefits of free water for the poor and the risks of waste, the explanation remains quite basic. To reach a higher band, you should expand on the economic or social implications of your arguments with more depth. For instance, instead of just stating that free water prevents disease, you could explain how this reduces the burden on public healthcare systems.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. You use some cohesive devices like 'However', 'First of all', and 'In conclusion' to link ideas. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and the connection between ideas within paragraphs could be smoother. For example, the transition between the discussion of poor families and the argument about water scarcity is abrupt. Additionally, some sentences are fragmented or lack clear logical links, which occasionally makes the progression of your argument feel disjointed. Improving the variety of linking words would help.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it is quite repetitive and lacks precision. You frequently use simple terms like 'clean water', 'human', and 'big'. There is an attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary such as 'scarce', 'population growth', and 'climate change', which is positive. However, there are errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'water provide unlimited people waste water' and 'Water problem is much large'. To improve, focus on using more academic collocations and synonyms to avoid repetition and demonstrate a wider range of vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Common issues include missing articles (e.g., 'is human right access'), incorrect verb forms (e.g., 'Clean water make healthy'), and awkward phrasing (e.g., 'Then human clean water in big machines'). While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar—such as subject-verb agreement and sentence construction—prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. You should focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy and ensuring each sentence has a clear subject and verb.
