Student answer (Band 5.0)
In this days, hygienic water is a primary need and right. So every people devote a freshwater management is free of cost. I partially agree with this view because water basic need and right of human although some people waste to a water.
Firstly, water is a natural source and it is free available in environment. But government laid a money for to a water to reached to home and additional use. all people can not effort to this type of policy. Because they have not money so they uses a dirty water and effected many health issues. For instance, a big family uses very large amount of water so get a more money to buy clean water then they use a dirty water. This result is very danger create health issues like fear, jondise and mosquitoes and bee are increse in the space. It is terrible for indivisuals.
On the other hand, A water is free for use to people more spent water to require so some rule are made to use a water and minor fees to consuption of the water. For example, to free cost of a water people more and more uses the water like they daily wash car and bike. Waste of water is very big problem create in summer time no water avaliable in river dam and lakes. So some restrict to use of water.
In conclusion, i belive that no extra cost and minimal charge to afford all people making this type of policy and some rules and regulation to uses of water. A balance approach to free charges of water and prevent water.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a partially agreed position. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention the importance of clean water as a right and the potential for waste, the arguments are somewhat repetitive and lack depth. For instance, the explanation of why people use dirty water is unclear, and the link between 'fear, jondise and mosquitoes' and water costs is not logically developed. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, well-supported argument with clear examples that directly relate to the prompt's core tension between human rights and resource management.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the progression of ideas is often hindered by awkward phrasing and a lack of clear cohesive devices. Transitions like 'Firstly' and 'On the other hand' are used, but the internal flow within paragraphs is disjointed. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the phrase 'This result is very danger', where the antecedent is ambiguous. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one will significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is quite limited and often inaccurate, which occasionally makes the meaning difficult to follow. There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'devote a freshwater management', 'laid a money', and 'get a more money'. You rely on basic vocabulary and struggle to express more complex ideas precisely. To reach a higher band, you should focus on learning common collocations related to social issues and public policy, and practice using more precise terminology instead of repeating simple words like 'water' or 'money'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'every people devote', 'all people can not effort'), article usage (e.g., 'a water', 'the water'), and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or lack proper punctuation, making them difficult to parse. While you attempt some complex structures, they are often faulty. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles, before attempting more complex grammatical forms.
