equality education heath. social equality
Water is one of the primary requirement for every living things. Unfortunately clean water is not easily available all around the world additionally individuals are bounded to pay for consumption of clean water. I strongly believe that clean water should be available in every home and it should be free of charge.
At the outset, food, shelter, and healthcare are also essential, but water is uniquely non-substitutable. A person cannot survive more than a few days without it. For instance, there are laws for human basic rights and one of UN law is regarding to clean water.
Moreover, charging for water disproportionately harms the poor. In many countries, low-income households spend a much higher percentage of their earnings on water than wealthier ones. To illustrate , if supply is cut off for non-payment, the consequences like disease, malnutrition, inability to cook or maintain hygiene will fall hardest on people who are already vulnerable — often children and the elderly.
In essence, clean water should be easily available to everyone with out any charge owing to the fact that it improves community health with out impact on income of house.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, reaching only 195 words. This significantly impacts the development of ideas, as the arguments remain somewhat superficial. While you clearly state your position and provide relevant points regarding human rights and economic impact, the lack of length prevents a full, detailed exploration of the topic. To improve, you must expand on your examples and provide more depth in your analysis to ensure the response is sufficiently developed. The introductory notes 'agreed equality education heath' are irrelevant and should be omitted in a formal essay.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. You use some cohesive devices such as 'At the outset', 'Moreover', and 'In essence' to guide the reader. However, the flow is occasionally hindered by the brevity of the paragraphs and some awkward phrasing. The transition between ideas is generally clear, but the overall structure feels underdeveloped due to the limited word count. To reach a higher band, ensure that each paragraph contains a more robust explanation of the supporting points and use a wider variety of linking words to connect sentences more fluidly.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary used is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to express your ideas clearly. You use some appropriate terms like 'non-substitutable', 'disproportionately', and 'vulnerable'. However, there are some minor errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'individuals are bounded to pay' (should be 'obligated' or 'forced') and 'without impact on income of house' (should be 'household income'). The range is somewhat limited, and you should aim to incorporate more precise academic vocabulary to demonstrate a higher level of lexical control.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are several grammatical inaccuracies. For example, 'Water is one of the primary requirement' should be 'requirements', and 'one of UN law is regarding to clean water' is grammatically incorrect. There are also issues with article usage and prepositional phrases. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they occur frequently enough to affect the overall flow. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct preposition usage will help improve your accuracy.
