These days some people seem to argue that having a clean water access is a basic need for every human being. Therefore it is important for government to facilitate people with a water of supply at free of cost. However, I fully agree with this thought and shall provide some of the reasons.
In the first place, it would be quite interesting to note that water is a key factor for daily survival because it utilize for the purpose of making various kinds of food and if people won't use water in the food. The taste of dish provide unimaginable taste. One illustration for this that, a dish is made by multiple spices but without water usage can ruin the whole taste of dish. Another major reason of this side of the topic seem to be that, water supply play a crucial role in a gardening sector. Gardening could also effect without water supply and if we don't provide water to gardening plants. It can harm our environment and there is a big chances that we could experience various kinds of diseases in air pollution. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position, but the development of ideas is weak and often illogical. For instance, the argument that free water is necessary for cooking and gardening is not directly linked to the core issue of human rights or economic feasibility. The points are repetitive and lack depth, particularly in the third paragraph, which is underdeveloped. The essay fails to provide a convincing rationale for why water should be free, focusing instead on the general importance of water, which is not the central point of the prompt. To improve, you must focus on the economic and social implications of free water provision.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical progression is frequently interrupted by confusing phrasing. While some cohesive devices are used, such as 'In the first place' and 'In conclusion', they are often followed by ideas that do not flow naturally. The referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the third paragraph where the mention of 'both organs' is confusing and lacks a clear antecedent. The transition between the importance of water and the role of government is abrupt, making the overall structure feel somewhat disjointed.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often imprecise. There are several instances of awkward collocations and word choice errors, such as 'facilitate people with a water of supply', 'gardening sector', and 'skins illness'. The repetition of basic words like 'water' and 'taste' limits the range of expression. To reach a higher band, you should work on using more precise academic vocabulary and improving your understanding of English collocations. The current level of vocabulary is sufficient to convey basic meaning but lacks the flexibility required for higher scores.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are issues with subject-verb agreement ('water supply play', 'gardening could also effect'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, such as 'One illustration for this that, a dish is made by multiple spices but without water usage can ruin the whole taste of dish.' The range of structures is limited, with a reliance on simple sentences. Improving your control over basic sentence construction and proofreading for subject-verb agreement would significantly enhance your score.
