Excess to clean water is indispensable for all human beings, as it is the most prevalent right of all individuals. Therefore, every home should have free and clean water.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have addressed the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of free water access. The ideas are relevant, such as the importance of water for agriculture and the role of government policy. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, you mention that governments should provide free water, but you do not address the potential economic challenges or the feasibility of such a massive undertaking, which would have strengthened your argument. The essay remains a bit general throughout, and while you cover the main points, the depth of analysis is limited, keeping this in the Band 6 range.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. You use some cohesive devices, such as 'Historically,' 'Today,' and 'In order to,' which help the flow of ideas. However, some transitions feel a bit mechanical, and the connection between sentences is occasionally abrupt. For example, the shift from the environmental challenge to the call for government action is a bit sudden. Additionally, some referencing is slightly unclear, such as the use of 'their' in the fifth paragraph, which lacks a clear antecedent. Overall, the progression is coherent, but the use of cohesive devices could be more sophisticated.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using words like 'indispensable,' 'prevalent,' and 'mitigate.' However, there are some noticeable errors in word choice and collocation. For example, you use 'Excess' instead of 'Access' in the opening sentence, and 'profoundly distributed' is an awkward collocation in this context. There is also some repetition of basic terms. While your vocabulary is sufficient to convey your meaning clearly, the lack of precision and the occasional misuse of words prevent a higher score. Expanding your range of topic-specific collocations would be beneficial.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include 'Farmers has immense importance' (subject-verb agreement error), 'over a half of the world population' (article usage), and 'should should be removed' (repetition). There are also issues with sentence fragments, such as 'As water had always been a vital resource of humanity.' While these errors rarely impede communication, they are frequent enough to suggest that your control over complex structures is not yet consistent. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and article usage will help improve your accuracy.
