Free charge of clean water

providing free clean water for every household is vitally importent question for alot of people. water is source of life help you in diffrent fields it is essential for life and health. I Strongly agree to provide clean water for every household for free.

ONE major reason for this could be that water is essential for life and health. everyone need clean water to drink, clean, cook and maintain good hygiene. So if the governement provides poor families free charge of water they will be able to meet thier basic needs without worrying about the cost like spend thier income in food, education and health. Moreover providing free water can reduce inequality between rich and poor people. for instance, people with low income may struggle to pay for basics services such as clean water while wealthier can afford it easily. So free charge will give the same oppurtunity for people to meet basic needs.

Another reason for that providing clean water will prevent spreading of diseases people will able to be maintained by good hygiene . clean water is human righ. everyone deserve basic necessities for free. it should be avaible for everyone regardless of thier fincial situation

In conclusion, I strongly agree that hagehold have access to clean water free of charge because it is essential for people health and can help impove thier quarly of life

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of free water. However, the essay is significantly under the 250-word minimum requirement, which limits the depth of the arguments. While the ideas regarding health, hygiene, and social equality are relevant, they are not fully developed. The arguments remain somewhat superficial and lack specific, concrete examples or a more nuanced exploration of the economic implications of 'free' services. Because the response is under-length, it fails to meet the task requirements fully, which negatively impacts the score.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the progression of ideas. There is a basic attempt to use cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'for instance', and 'In conclusion'. However, the flow is sometimes mechanical, and the logical connection between sentences is occasionally weak. For example, the transition between the health benefits and the economic argument could be smoother. Referencing is sometimes unclear, and the overall structure is quite simple. The paragraphing is present but could be more effectively utilized to separate distinct ideas more clearly.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for a higher band. There are several spelling errors, such as 'importent', 'diffrent', 'governement', 'thier', 'oppurtunity', 'hagehold', and 'quarly'. These errors are frequent enough to be noticeable. While the student attempts to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'hygiene', 'inequality', and 'basic necessities', the overall lexical control is limited. The repetition of simple phrases like 'free charge' (which is also grammatically incorrect) further restricts the score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and some attempted complex sentences. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including issues with article usage ('the governement', 'the same oppurtunity'), subject-verb agreement, and sentence structure ('another reason for that providing clean water will prevent...'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing commas and periods. These errors occur frequently and occasionally impede the flow of reading, though the meaning remains generally understandable. A wider range of error-free complex structures is needed to reach a higher band.
