Student answer (Band 6.0)
Water is basic necessity of life, so everyone has a first right to drink clean and pure water. It should be mandatory, that every single house is provided with fresh water to drink, and for other activities of daily routine. I firmly agree to the statement, fresh water should be in provision through free of cost.
Firstly, i have opinion according to science, it is obvious from researches that water covers nearly 70% of the earth's surface whereas, 97% is the salt water preset in oceans while, 3% is the fresh water, which is available for drinking. As fresh water ratio is aggressively low, so government should maintain the rational steps to make it free, clean and pure. There should be proper filtered plants for water purification and, it should be done by national authorities . Government should provide these amenities free of cost to the citizens and, included it in yearly budget plans of a respective country.
However, water is necessary for human survival and health as it helps in digestion, hydration of body and different diseased issues are cured by use of fresh water. For a healthy life style, there should be awareness about water cleaning projects, purifiers, chlorine water treatment etc. People should be be educated freely through social services or any other semi governmental public projects. For instance, adds, social medial posts, road signs and educational institutes etc. should educate people bout the water intake and its purification. In this way, communities will have access to fresh water free of cost by following public awareness services.
All in all, to have fresh water,it is right of any individual. National authorities should made it free for every single citizen, as they can maintain the plans and projects for water purification at governmental level without any charge to ordinary public. On the other hand campaigns and awareness should be provided to public for water purification.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout. You have provided relevant reasons for your agreement, such as the scarcity of fresh water and the health benefits of clean water access. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, while you mention that governments should include water in budget plans, you do not explore the economic or logistical challenges of providing free water, which would have strengthened your argument. The ideas are relevant but could be extended with more depth to reach a higher band. The position is consistent, but the supporting arguments remain at a somewhat superficial level.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, and there is a logical progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices, such as 'Firstly', 'However', and 'All in all', to guide the reader. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly awkward, such as the transition into the second paragraph. Additionally, there are instances where referencing is unclear or the flow between sentences is disjointed. Paragraphing is present, but the internal structure of the paragraphs could be improved to ensure that each sentence flows more naturally into the next, rather than feeling like a list of points.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'mandatory', 'amenities', and 'purification'. However, there are several instances of imprecise word choice and collocation errors, such as 'fresh water should be in provision through free of cost' and 'different diseased issues are cured'. There are also minor spelling errors like 'preset' instead of 'present' and 'adds' instead of 'ads'. While the vocabulary is sufficient to communicate your meaning, it lacks the precision and flexibility required for higher bands. You should focus on learning collocations and ensuring that words are used in their correct grammatical context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While you attempt complex sentences, they often contain grammatical errors, such as 'National authorities should made it free' (should make) and 'included it in yearly budget' (include). There are frequent errors in articles, verb forms, and punctuation, such as the comma usage in 'purification and, it should be done'. These errors are noticeable and occasionally distract the reader, though they do not completely impede communication. To improve, focus on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of modal verbs and articles.
