The supply of free water is aslo very helpful for the poor society which is not able to pay thr bills for the water. There is aslo the people who are not able for thr payment of bills for electricity. Therefore, the pay for the bill of water id difficult for the poor people. If government should make this policy to suppply the clean water in all over the poor society and all other society andother where clean water in not availabe the poor people should be thankful to the government. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear, affirmative position on whether free clean water should be provided to every home. Key ideas are introduced, such as the health benefits of clean water and the economic relief it provides to impoverished populations. However, the development of these ideas remains somewhat limited and repetitive. For instance, the discussion on health relies on basic assertions like 'Clean water make the people healthy and strong' without deeper elaboration or specific real-world examples. Similarly, the points regarding poverty lack detailed support. The response meets the task requirements by covering the main prompt, but the overall depth and extension of ideas place it firmly within the Band 5 category.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0

The overall progression of the essay is hindered by poor paragraphing, inconsistent spacing, and abrupt transitions. Sentences are frequently clustered together without proper spacing, as seen in phrases like 'World. In all the home'. While there is a basic attempt to structure the essay into an introduction, supporting body points, and a conclusion, the lack of cohesive devices makes the flow mechanical and choppy. Pronoun referencing is occasionally unclear, and repetition of phrases like 'I agreed with this statement' disrupts logical connectivity. Cohesion is inadequate and lacks flexibility, which matches the characteristics of a Band 4 performance.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is basic, repetitive, and heavily restricted. The student frequently recycles fundamental words and phrases, such as 'clean water', 'free of charge', and 'poor people', rather than demonstrating lexical variety. There are noticeable word choice and collocation errors throughout the text, including 'fundamental right for all the human in the World' and 'pay thr bills'. While the intended message is generally conveyed despite these lexical limitations, the range is restricted to minimally adequate levels, justifying a Band 5 score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0

The grammatical structure of the essay is heavily restricted, consisting predominantly of simple sentences alongside several faulty attempts at complex structures. There are frequent and systematic errors in basic grammar, subject-verb agreement, and articles, such as 'Clean water make the people', 'is use for cooking', and 'water id difficult'. Punctuation and spacing errors are widespread, notably missing spaces after periods and commas. Because errors are frequent, cause constant difficulty for the reader, and impede fluent reading comprehension, the writing corresponds to a Band 4 level.
