Every human being or living creature on the planet Earth has many basic rights. It is the basic necesseity which everyone deserve as living things. But the era we are living sadly, it has become one of the luxurious thing a person could have. We have a lot of taxes, dues and charges to pay off. It has include the charges for clean water service. The clean water which was used to be in reach of everyone has now become very difficult to be available to everyone. It is also not due to any other creature that it has become difficult to get clean water free. It's all thanks to ourselves that we have polluted our clean waters with a lot of toxins that now it has become one of the business of people to provide clean water to the people of the Earth with the charges per liter. We human being are responsible for the damage we have done to our ownselves. But still it not so late to overcome the damage together we can over come it and have the facility of clean water availability to every person on the planet for free. We should do it and get acess to our basic humanity right of having clean water for free.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by clearly stating a position that clean water is a basic human right and should be provided free of charge. The writer includes relevant ideas regarding pollution, taxes, and the commodification of water, fulfilling the general requirements of the task. However, the development of ideas remains somewhat limited and repetitive throughout the single-paragraph structure, leaning on generalisations without fully exploring alternative viewpoints or concrete real-world examples. This places the performance firmly at Band 5.0, as it addresses the task and establishes a position, but the ideas are insufficiently extended and lack rigorous academic depth.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0

The entire essay consists of one massive single paragraph, which severely impairs logical organisation and paragraphing. There is no clear overall progression of distinct ideas, and cohesive devices are rudimentary, repetitive, or inaccurate, such as relying heavily on basic linkers and pronouns like 'it' and 'this' without clear referencing (e.g., 'It has include the charges...'). While sentences flow sequentially from one to the next, the lack of paragraph division and faulty mechanical cohesion restricts the coherence score to Band 4.0, representing a breakdown in structural clarity.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, with frequent word-choice and spelling errors such as 'necesseity', 'luxurious thing', and 'humanity right' instead of 'human right'. The writer attempts to use less common vocabulary like 'commodification' equivalents, but terms like 'business of people' and 'toxins' show limited precision and awkward collocation. Although the meaning is generally communicated despite these noticeable flaws, the lexical limitations and strain caused by word-form errors align with the Band 5.0 descriptors.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.5

The writing displays a limited range of sentence structures, with frequent grammatical errors that impede readability. Examples of errors include 'the right ot have', 'It must have to be provided', 'everyone deserve', 'It has include', and 'it not so late'. Simple sentence forms dominate, and attempts at more complex structures are frequently faulty or ungrammatical. Punctuation is also weak, particularly with run-on sentences and comma splices. These frequent errors across basic and complex structures reflect the characteristics of a Band 4.5 performance, rounded to a Band 4.5.
