IELTS Writing Task 2 question
Access to clean water is a basic human right. Therefore every home should have a water supply that is provided free of charge.
Do you agree or disagree?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
Water is a necessary part in human life to use pure water and government should be facilitates the clean water without any cost of every households.According to this,pure water is basic requirement for human body because more percentage exist in blood which contains all elements in the form of water that is important for healthy life without this it may contain a lot of diseases so,i also agree that access of clean water must be supply.
These are the many ways to use water in human activities like cooking,working,cleaning,sanitation etc.and give water to garden which is most important factors in life.In additionally,clean water can save a lot of diseases because many bacteria and viruses also contains in impure water.In this way poor families can suffer a lot of problems to cure the treatment and pay the bill of clean water that cause the difficulties of lower family background .For instance,lower middle families can survive in the world by using clean water without paying bill that will be helpfull for this.
On the other hand,pure water also have more benefits and few negative facts for government because when water provided the people they dont focus to waste more water and they dont take action for wastage of drinking water.While,the government spend a huge amount for expensive piplines, drainage system to provide this facility for every home.
Moreover,pure water bring more oppourtunies to save human being from all kind of diseases.Hence,it cause to save money and time for evey households.
In conclusion,clean water plays a significat role in life to stay healthy and aoiding minor diseases that causes the major one.Since,by providing save save water in homes from government is well admirable step.
