Access to clean water is a basic human right. Therefore every home should have a water supply that is provided free of charge.

Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is an undeniable fact that water is basic necessity of life, without water even we can not survive. In this period of globalization, the availabilty of water is neccesary and crucial along with the supply of water should also be free of cost. In my perception, i strongly agree with notion and my opinion will be discussed in further essay with suitable conclusions. Firstly, the predominant reason to compelled me to support this statement is that water is basic substitute for survival and also require for house hold needs.Clean water helps us to stay healthy and away from different waterbone diseases. Hepatities C is one of the ailment that is result of contaiminated water. Therefore, i frimly believe that pure water highly required for life.Thus, This factor single handedly express my views. Secondly, additional compelling point is free water availability would particular benefit for poor people or for low-income households.Just beacuse poor families have enough resources for their survival like they spend most of their income on food, education and paying regualr water bills can place a additional burden on them. For example if governemnt could not support people with deduction in in their bills, they may face diificulties. In my opinion, There should be a free supply of water to public. This is beacuse water is significant factor for preventing diseases and also support public financially.In conclusion, Provind free of charge water could improve ling conditions and reduce health problems.
