IELTS Writing Task 2 question
Access to clean water is a basic human right. Therefore every home should have a water supply that is provided free of charge.
Do you agree or disagree?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
In this modern era, some people believe that everyone should have access of clean water in their homes without any cost, because it is a basic human righ. Although, it plays a vital role in our daily life, the clean water use for drinking purpose, cooking and sanitation. However, on the other hand, a significant proportions of population believe that, we need to give access of clean water free of cost in limited amount because people have to know, its value that's why. Moreover, there are two perstective about clean water access, furthermore we will discuss both perspective in detail in this essay.
To begin with, those believe that access of clean water must provided to homes without any charges, because it play fundamental role in every living being life, because everyone needs clean water for drinking purpose and for many other purposes such as; human use it also for drinking, cooking and in sanitation that's why it is necessary, while on the other hand, mostly nowdays people do not focus on their taps that are leaking water and their water tanks are over flowing because they do not know the real value of it.
In contrast, others argue and believe that we need to give them clean water access limitted after then we need to charge money because people need to know the importance of natural resources and day by day drink able water is decreasing due to global warming and also due to us. People waste a lot of water in their daily life, while on the other side coin, people don't have access of clean water. I think charging money from people because to realise them it is most important resource of nature we need to save it.
In conclusion, I belive that it is not a wrong thing to charge money from them who waste the natural resource and they donot care because they do not paying charges, while we also care about their use and that's why we alocated a limmited access of clean water.

Cohesive devices are frequently overused or misapplied, as seen with repeated connectors like 'because', 'however', and 'while on the other hand'. Referencing is at times unclear, and paragraphing could be managed more effectively to separate distinct ideas cleanly. These issues place the response at Band 5.
