IELTS Writing Task 2 question
Access to clean water is a basic human right. Therefore every home should have a water supply that is provided free of charge.
Do you agree or disagree?

Student answer (Band 4.0)
In my opnion for a water supply most villages people are wested water in hometown that why i am not agree for this stape when the charges are free the most likely people are not save water and its not good for villages. beacause this year are not heavy rain and its harmfull for farmer people. the most likly people are not prepare for any food nd any trees water.
when the clean water are available for home but not in free charge when all access providing the any charges beacause most people are west water for free charges.and its a good for all hoses supplying the clean water.
