IELTS Writing Task 2 question
Access to clean water is a basic human right. Therefore every home should have a water supply that is provided free of charge.
Do you agree or disagree?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Student answer (Band 4.5)
There is a argue that having a access to fresh water is a basic human right.Moreover every residents should have the access to a water supply that should be without any charge. I strongly disagree with this point as a human being , i going to outline this with my opinion.
Water is essential for every creatures in the world . There is no creatures that can live without water. A human can just live without about two-tree days .So, it very essential for human to have some fresh water for there living.The problem of water seems to occurs during, the period of when people started to live in urban area at 1st there was no problem with water but when the population has been raising so fast more people increasing the more people now need more water so , then on government give some restriction on seeding tube-well for the city people as if every started to seeking tube well there will some time caous for water . Then on government started to give people water by as much as every inhabitant need .That's how water not going waste .
If every inhabitant has there own water supply in cites they would use rentlessly . In future or in summer season there will short for water because under-ground water are limited . Those water store in the rainy season. For this there will huge problem with having a fresh water for drink.
There for we can now under-sand giving every people water supply there will lack of water supply .In my opinion i would like to say that giving every home to water supply it will huge caoues for every one ., so from my point of view i think government should take step like wasa giving water by proving only 1 tk one litter. that how i think human would have there fresh waterr which is basic need for human and there will be no disaster .
