For because of this the human being right to access to clean water just because of the bacteria no but I think the Government took step on that for the health of human and his country people for they build the ecnomy of the country and represent the whole culture and tradional and help the growth of the country image in the whole world and took step for other people survive in diffirent environment and strong the passport . And in many countries of the world the people of the country died for shortage of the water specially in Africa and Gaza I hope the the page i write one day alot of people want to talk about it and i think it is the right only have to access the clean water now a days. Now I discribe the moral I agree therefore every home right to have a water supply that is provided free of charge and clean water that is the basic human right. I request to United Nation and World Health Organisation please took action and make the rule on it thankyou.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.5

The response addresses the task only partially and falls short of the minimum word requirement, containing only 242 words instead of the required 250. The writer attempts to present a position regarding whether free water should be a basic right, stating 'yes i agree' and then immediately reversing to 'I totally disagree', which makes the overall stance unclear and inconsistent throughout the essay. Ideas are severely limited and under-developed, moving abruptly between unrelated points such as bacteria, government economies, cultural representation, and global issues like Africa and Gaza without clear supporting arguments or logical expansion. To improve and reach a higher level, the writer must ensure the word count requirement is fully met, maintain a clear and consistent position from introduction to conclusion, and thoroughly develop relevant ideas with specific examples and explanations rather than listing fragmented thoughts.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.0

Information and ideas are not arranged coherently in this response. The text lacks standard paragraphing, appearing as a single dense block of text that fails to visually or logically structure the argument. Cohesive devices are either missing or misused, relying heavily on repetitive conversational fillers like 'Now' and 'First of all' rather than appropriate academic signposts to guide the reader through the text. Referencing is frequently unclear, as seen in confusing transitions like 'For because of this' and 'Now I discribe the moral'. To achieve better cohesion, the writer needs to organise the essay into distinct paragraphs with clear introductions, body arguments, and conclusions, while employing a wider range of logical connectors smoothly to connect ideas and ensure a clear progression of thought.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, utilizing everyday terms such as 'good', 'people', and 'things' while occasionally attempting less common phrases with noticeable inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'strong the passport' or 'build the ecnomy'. There are also several spelling errors, including 'expain', 'ecnomy', 'tradional', 'diffirent', and 'discribe', alongside word-form errors like 'thanqyou'. While the meaning of some sentences can be understood, these lexical limitations and errors occasionally strain the reader. To improve lexical resource, the student should expand their range of topic-specific vocabulary related to society and resources, practice accurate word forms and spelling, and focus on natural collocations rather than translating directly from spoken expressions.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The writing demonstrates a very limited range of grammatical structures, relying heavily on simple, repetitive sentence patterns that are often joined incorrectly by coordinating conjunctions or conversational appeals to the reader, such as 'I hope that I expain good' and 'I request to United Nation... please took action'. There are frequent errors in verb forms, tenses, subject-verb agreement, and prepositions, including 'the Government took step', 'people of the country died for shortage', and 'make the rule on it'. Punctuation is also weak, with run-on sentences lacking proper terminal punctuation. To move up to a higher band, the writer must incorporate a wider mix of complex sentence structures with accurate subordination, improve control over verb tenses and prepositions within grammatical patterns, and ensure correct punctuation to reduce frequent errors.
