In current world humans are suffring from multiple problems and obsticles on thier regular life each and every mankind has diffrent desires and excpectation from the goverment and even from thier surrounding and having claen and drinkable water are one of that desire which is quite neccesary to argue.

apprently in our country many area's specifically rural areas still dont have a drinkable water even many towns are suffring from major water problem they lives on dough where even water supplie are not coming on time beacuse of this hinder if normal people want to see a postive side of ruling party so they has to denay beacuse the demands of commner are not getting listen and the muncipalty or the town ministry just giving excuses and dont want to work on normal problems of the people .

in my prespectrive i am agree with them beacuse having a neat water is signifintly fare demand from the socity beacuse if it does not solve in current period how any one could belive on governer for their future commant rights and for their future genration they had to create any schedule for the water supply and a road map so the water supply couldn't be stopped and reach at each and every households .

even i like share an experince of mine in my childhood i lived in country side where my mother and the other women should carry water from the well beacuse of this many women are suffering major health isues like spine injury and not able to walk again so not anyother women should be phase this problem governer are the one should be take actions.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

The response addresses all parts of the task by taking a clear position that free clean water should be provided to every home, supporting the stance with relevant ideas. However, some parts of the argument are under-developed or unclear. For instance, the discussion moves quickly from general societal issues to personal anecdotes without fully extending the reasoning behind why water should be entirely free of charge versus state-subsidized. The ideas presented are generally relevant to the prompt, but the lack of thorough expansion and occasional drifting into narrative storytelling prevents the development from reaching a higher level.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The essay displays a coherent overall arrangement, with a clear attempt to structure the response into an introduction, supporting body points, and a conclusion. However, cohesion is sometimes faulty or mechanical. Transition words and referencing are not always clear or effectively managed, which disrupts the logical progression between sentences. Furthermore, the paragraphing is underdeveloped, as the text essentially runs together into large blocks of writing rather than utilizing distinct paragraphs for separate ideas. Pronoun referencing, such as 'them' and 'they', can occasionally be ambiguous, making it harder for the reader to follow the flow of arguments seamlessly.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, providing a minimally sufficient range to communicate basic ideas about water supply and social rights. The writer attempts some less common vocabulary, such as 'significantly', 'muncipalty', and 'prespectrive', but these attempts are accompanied by noticeable inaccuracies in word choice, spelling, and word formation. Errors such as 'claen' for clean, 'suffring' for suffering, and 'obsticles' for obstacles occur frequently throughout the text. While these lexical slips and spelling errors do not completely impede communication, they restrict the lexical score because control over less common items is limited and imprecise.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The writing demonstrates a limited range of sentence structures, relying mostly on simple or poorly connected clauses. When the writer attempts complex sentence forms, they are frequently faulty, leading to run-on sentences and punctuation failures, such as the lack of proper capitalization and full stops. There are frequent errors in verb tenses, subject-verb agreement, and articles, such as 'water supply are not coming' and 'governors are the one should be take actions'. These grammatical inaccuracies and punctuation slips require the reader to occasionally pause and decipher the intended meaning, reflecting the characteristics of this level.
