Water is the basic necessity of life, All the livingbeing needs water for their survival , It plays the vital role for our growth, Water is a part of nature , it comes from many sources including rain , river , mountains , glaciers and manymore whereas this supply is not totally purrified for our drinking, We must needs a clean water which is our basic right therefore we should have an access of clean and purified water as a bare minimum right, It should be free and i agreed with this statement .

The usage of water is not only for drinking however for commercial as well as domestic use, so people should think about that not to waste the water whereas Government should make sure to give free supply of purrified water for home so that every person have free availibility of water also people should be aware of utilizing the water in proper matter.

Through this society will be educated, our community will be responsible and we will be able to teach our children the difference of right and wrong, not only human whereas animals as well as birds also needs water, we should take care of that not by risking our own lifes as well as other livingthings because we can do any precaution for that because with great power comes great responsibility.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

Your position is clear: you agree that households should receive clean water free of charge, and you mention its importance for people and other living things. However, the response only partly develops the task. The main supporting points—water as a basic need, government provision, and public awareness—are relevant, but they are asserted rather than explained in detail. For example, the reference to a “recent survey” gives no finding or specific example, and the discussion of water shortages does not explain how free household supply would address them or how it could be funded. Develop two or three reasons with concrete explanation, and address the practical implications of providing water free to every home.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is some organisation: the opening states your view, the next section discusses household and commercial use, and a later example introduces water shortages. However, the response does not progress clearly from one developed reason to the next. Many ideas are joined in very long sentences with commas, making relationships difficult to follow; the opening, for instance, moves from water’s sources to purification and then to your opinion without clear sentence boundaries. Linking words such as “whereas,” “therefore,” and “not only” are repeated or used in ways that do not clearly connect the ideas. Use separate paragraphs for distinct arguments, and make each paragraph follow a clear point–explanation–example sequence.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “basic right,” “purified water,” “shortage of water,” and “awareness campaigns,” so the reader can identify the subject and your main position. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices, collocations, and spelling errors make parts of the response harder to understand. Examples include “free availibility,” “non serious,” “proper matter,” and “purrified.” Phrases such as “bare minimum right” and “free access of water” are also not natural in this context. Build a more precise range for discussing public services, affordability, conservation, and water infrastructure, and check spelling and collocations carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response attempts to combine ideas using clauses and connectors, but sentence structures are mostly long strings of clauses rather than controlled complex sentences. Frequent errors in agreement, articles, verb forms, and punctuation sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “All the livingbeing needs water” has an agreement problem, while “every person have” and “animals as well as birds also needs” show similar difficulty with subject–verb agreement. The opening also uses commas where full stops are needed, creating run-on sentences. Practise writing shorter, complete sentences first, then add subordinate clauses accurately; check singular and plural subjects and use full stops to separate complete ideas.
