Student answer (Band 5.0)
Water is an essential part of our life. Therefore every home should have a water supply that is provided free of charge because access to clean water is a basic human right. Overall, I strongly agree that the government should installs water supply in every home that is provided free of charge.
The most significant reason for providing free of charge water supply in every home is health. Because clean water is directly connected with a good health. Through clean water, people's health will be safe. in addition, clean water also prevent from a lot of deaseas. For example, in Africa, people do not have clean water, As a result, a lot of different deaseas are present there.
Futhermore, another reason for providing free water supply is accessability. Some people are not able to afford clean water which lead them to rely on drinking dirty water. Government should installs water supply in every home, so everyone can access to clean water. For instance, In Pakistan, some people can not afford clean water.
To conlude, the conclusion is that access to clean is water is a basic human right. I strongly agree that Government should applies a water supply that is must be provided free of charge, water plays an essential role in life of every person

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
Your position is clear: you strongly agree that household water should be free, and you give two relevant reasons—health and affordability. The examples about people in Africa and Pakistan are relevant, but they are broad and are not explained with enough detail to show how free household provision would address the problems. The response therefore only partially develops the task. It also contains 193 words, so it is 57 words below the required minimum; this limits the space available to explain and support your ideas. To strengthen the response, explain who should fund the supply, how it could be provided, and develop one specific example for each main reason.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction states your view, two body paragraphs present separate reasons, and a conclusion restates your position. Linking expressions such as “Furthermore,” “For example,” and “As a result” help show relationships between ideas. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes mechanical, and some connections are unclear. For instance, “Because clean water is directly connected with a good health” is a fragment rather than a complete explanation, while the conclusion repeats the introduction without drawing the reasons together. Use complete topic sentences and add explanation between each claim and example. Clearer referencing and less repetition would make the argument flow more naturally.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main points, including “basic human right,” “clean water,” “health,” and “afford.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling problems make the writing less precise. Examples include “accessability,” “deaseas,” and “a good health”; “water supply” and “provided free of charge” are also repeated frequently. Choose more precise expressions and check spelling carefully. You could use terms such as “water infrastructure,” “waterborne diseases,” and “low-income households,” where appropriate. Varying repeated phrases while keeping the meaning clear would improve the flexibility and accuracy of your vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
Your writing communicates a clear position and uses some attempts at longer structures, including “Some people are not able to afford clean water which lead them to rely on drinking dirty water.” However, the range of sentence forms is limited, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries occur throughout. For example, “the government should installs” and “Government should applies” use the wrong verb form after “should”; “clean water also prevent” has subject–verb disagreement; and “Because clean water is directly connected…” is an incomplete sentence. Practise forming complete sentences and checking subject–verb agreement, articles, and modal verb patterns. More accurate control of these basics would make your ideas easier to follow.
