In this advanced era, water is less available on the earth. For this purpose, access to clean H2o is a basic human right. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your response addresses the question and presents a clear, qualified position: you “partially agree,” supporting free access for basic needs while recognising the risks of unlimited free use and the cost of supply. The points about survival, poorer families, waste and infrastructure costs are relevant, and the examples of running taps and washing cars help illustrate the opposing view. However, the position could be explained more precisely: distinguish a free essential allowance from unlimited household use, then state which policy you support. The claim that free water “can reduce inequality” is asserted rather than developed, and the conclusion mainly repeats the points instead of resolving the balance between them. The length requirement is met; 10 words copied from the prompt were not counted.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph supporting free access, a paragraph presenting disadvantages, and a conclusion. This makes the main line of discussion easy to follow. You also use signposts such as “Firstly,” “On the flip-side,” and “To recapitulate.” However, some linking is mechanical or unclear. “Therefore” is repeated in the introduction, and “To embark with the agreeness” does not form a clear transition. The final paragraph begins “whereas” and then lists points, rather than showing how the two sides lead to your final position. Improve progression by linking each example directly to the claim it supports and using the conclusion to explain your qualified stance.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “basic hygiene,” “billing system,” “wastage,” and “tax payer,” and the examples make your meaning generally understandable. There are also attempts at less common or formal expressions, such as “Predominantly” and “scrutinize,” but some choices are inaccurate or unnatural. For example, “agreeness” and “reduce in equality” do not express your intended ideas clearly; “agreement” and “reduce inequality” would be more suitable. Spelling and word-form errors such as “satement,” “unlimite,” “epensive,” and “tremendeous” also weaken control. Aim for precise, natural collocations rather than adding formal-sounding words where a simpler phrase is clearer.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional sentence about people using water carelessly and a reason clause explaining why clean water matters. Most ideas can be understood, but errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction recur. For instance, “it can reduced” should be “it can reduce,” while “water supply is expensive because, pipe and electricity bills are to costly to pay and requires lot of money” has problems with punctuation, agreement and sentence structure. The opening also joins sentences without a space after “earth.” and uses “i” instead of “I.” Work on checking each sentence for a clear subject and verb, correct agreement, and appropriate punctuation; this will make your varied structures more reliable.
