Student answer (Band 5.5)

Approach to fresh water is a common human right. Therefore each home must have a water availability that is delivered without any cost. I totally agree with this view because water is the initial necessity of everyone's life. Our 80% of body run's on H20. Moreover food that we eat for growth also required water for cooking and cultivation. And water is the only natural resource present on large scale on earth.

Firstly, according to science, water covers 2/3 of human body. Which represents the importance and requirement of it on a dailybase's. Most of the body organ's function properly on it's aquiretly availability. If the percentage not meet the average kidneys will fail to work efficiently. Secondly the food which we eat for our healthly growth also need water to grow accurately and gives us energy to perform regular task's.

Furthermore, earth cover greater portion of its surface with huge water resource. Therefore every individual have the right to drink pure water. And it's the country responsibility to provide every single house water supply without taking any money in return.

In conclusion, water the ultimate source of energy should be given to human's without any pinny due to it's larger reservoir on earth and 80% human body is made of this. It work as a fuel to perform different activities. I strongly believe that it should be provided apart from charging any money to every home. While without water no single human will be able to move and function.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

Your position is clear: you strongly agree that households should receive water without charge, and you give relevant reasons about bodily needs and food production. However, the response only partly develops the issue. Much of the support repeats that water is essential, while the claim that Earth has abundant water does not explain why household supply should be free, especially since usable fresh water and its treatment and delivery involve costs. The statement that governments should provide it is relevant, but it needs explanation or a concrete example. To strengthen the response, address the practical distinction between access to a basic amount of clean water and unlimited free use, and develop each reason with clearer evidence or consequences.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Sequencing words such as “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “Furthermore” help signal the order of points. However, progression is limited because the body paragraphs largely repeat the same idea—that water is necessary—and the links between claims are sometimes unclear. For example, the move from Earth’s large water resources to the conclusion that every household should receive water free does not establish the connection between abundance and cost-free provision. Some sentence fragments, such as “Which represents the importance…,” also interrupt the flow. Organise each paragraph around a distinct reason, explain how it supports your position, and use clearer links between evidence and conclusions.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “human right,” “water supply,” “cultivation,” and “resource,” so the reader can follow the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unclear, sometimes making the argument harder to understand. For instance, “water availability that is delivered” is an awkward way to describe a household supply, while “without any pinny” appears to mean “without any payment.” There are also spelling and word-form problems such as “healthly,” “aquiretly,” and “dailybase’s.” Aim for precise, natural phrases and check spelling carefully. Using terms such as “safe drinking water,” “water infrastructure,” and “affordable access” would help you discuss the issue more accurately.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a reason clause in “I totally agree with this view because…” and a conditional idea about kidney function. However, control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence formation, agreement, articles, and punctuation sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. “Which represents the importance…” is a fragment, while “every individual have” should use a singular verb. In “the food which we eat… also need water,” the subject and verb do not agree, and “If the percentage not meet the average” is missing an auxiliary verb. Several sentences also lack clear punctuation or contain misplaced apostrophes. Practise complete clauses and check subject–verb agreement before adding more complex structures.
