Student answer (Band 5.5)
Provide a sanitary water is a basic human being right. There is all houses should have water sources which is available to them free of cost. I agree with this notion due to right of human beings to take fresh water free which provided to them by government.
Supplying water to houses on time is responsibility of Government. Because Government makes a water department for access of water to local people. Its water department responsibility to available fresh water for human beings who living in their area. For instance, if they can not provide fresh water to human beings then humans of that area causes different types of diseases by taking contaminated water. It causes them serious issue in future and also became reason of someone's death.
Secondly, it is essential to available fresh water to people because they pay taxes to government and have rights to take advantages of government rights. If human beings drink fresh water then they stay healthy. Water department available fresh water to the people of their area free of cost because its their right. In many parts of the world,low-income families struggle to afford basic utilities. When people take fresh water it reduce the risk od diseases and also remove burden on public healthcare systems.
In conclusion, providing clean water to people is helpful fo their live, human beings use it for main purpose and do not waste because if they get fresh water then people know value of it and save water for future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you agree that households should receive clean water without charge, and you give relevant reasons, including the risk of disease from contaminated water and the burden on low-income families. The reference to taxes also supports your argument. However, the ideas are only partly developed. For example, you mention that free water could reduce pressure on public healthcare, but do not explain how this would work or provide a specific example. The conclusion introduces the idea that people will value and save free water, which is not established in the main paragraphs. Develop each reason with a clearer explanation or example, and ensure the conclusion follows directly from the argument.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. The sequence of reasons is generally understandable, and signposts such as “Secondly” and “In conclusion” help show the direction of the essay. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: the first body paragraph moves from government responsibility to disease and death without fully connecting the points. Some linking is mechanical, and the opening “Because Government…” is a fragment rather than a complete continuation. Referencing is also occasionally unclear, as in “its water department responsibility.” Use complete sentences, connect each example explicitly to its main point, and vary transitions so the argument flows more naturally.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “contaminated water,” “low-income families,” “basic utilities” and “public healthcare systems.” These choices show an attempt to discuss the issue beyond very basic terms. However, the range is limited by repeated phrases such as “human beings,” “fresh water” and “free of cost,” and several expressions are unnatural or imprecise, including “take advantages of government rights” and “available fresh water.” Spelling and word-form slips such as “od diseases” and “fo their live” also affect clarity. Build a wider set of natural collocations for public services and access, and check spelling and phrasing carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some longer sentences and use clauses to explain causes and consequences, for example, “if they can not provide fresh water… then humans… causes different types of diseases.” However, the range of sentence structures is limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make parts of the argument difficult to follow. Examples include “There is all houses,” “Its water department responsibility,” and “it reduce the risk,” which show problems with sentence formation, articles, agreement and verb forms. The opening “Because Government makes…” is also an incomplete sentence. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with correctly formed conditional and relative clauses. Check subject–verb agreement and sentence boundaries during revision.
