Student answer (Band 5.5)
Due to rapid development in construction and industries several concerns of environment is rapidly rising. One of the greatest concerns is related about the access of clean water. As the clean water is basic human right so, it should be available to every home in free in cost. I completely agree with this statement because a healthy life begains with the intake of clean water.
As our body is mostly filled with water about 70 percent of water is found in normal human body so, it remain one of the most important factor for us. In such case if we are not able to take plenty amount of water then our body be dehydrated and week. Moreover, in many countries of Africa people are not easily geting the clean water so many water born disease like typhoid, cholera have been rapidly increasing and affected the life style of people while many people have to sacrifise their life.
On the one hand, many golf countries do not have accces of water they should ask other nations for water and should provide the water free in cost or in affordable price. The main problem is all govermental bodies know water is crucial for human but no one is taking any steps into it. Simialrly, taking about Nepal it is the second richest country in water sources but it's own citizen have to face the problem of getting water in time.
In conclusion, the all nations have to provide clean water because it is cruial for human and related to health. In my opinion the private companies who have get huge profit by selling water should be taken by government bodies and provide water free of cost because the more healtheir citizen then the country will be more developed.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear from the introduction: you completely agree that clean water should be provided to every home, and the conclusion returns to this view. You give relevant support through the health risks of unsafe water and examples involving African countries and Nepal. This addresses the task well, and the health argument is the most developed. However, the response does not fully explain the central issue of providing water free of charge: the discussion shifts between free provision and affordable prices, and the proposal to take private companies into government ownership is not explained. To strengthen the argument further, clarify how free household supply could be funded and develop the country examples with more precise links to your position.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, supporting paragraphs and a conclusion, and the ideas generally move from health effects to access and government responsibility. Linking phrases such as “Moreover,” “On the one hand” and “In conclusion” help signal stages in the argument. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. “On the one hand” introduces no contrasting “other hand,” and the paragraph moves abruptly from Gulf countries to government inaction and then Nepal. The reference to “it” in “it is the second richest country in water sources” is also unclear. Organise each body paragraph around one main point and use transitions that show the actual relationship between ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-relevant vocabulary, including “dehydrated,” “water-borne disease,” “governmental bodies” and “water sources,” so the reader can follow the main argument. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or repeated expressions make parts less natural, such as “free in cost,” “plenty amount of water” and “access of water.” Spelling errors—including “begains,” “geting,” “sacrifise” and “cruial”—also reduce accuracy. Aim to learn common collocations for this topic and check spelling carefully. More precise wording would help distinguish access to water from the question of whether household supply should be free.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including a reason clause with “because” and a conditional construction beginning “if we are not able to…”. These attempts show some range, and the overall meaning is usually recoverable. However, errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles and verb forms occur across the response. For example, “several concerns of environment is” has a plural subject with a singular verb, while “it remain one of the most important factor” has agreement and number problems. The opening sentence of the second paragraph also joins clauses awkwardly, and “people are not easily getting” is not well formed in context. Practise building accurate complex sentences and check each clause for a clear subject and correctly matched verb.
