Student answer (Band 5.5)
Drinking clean water is basic neccessaity of human life, therefore, availiability or access of clean water is a basic human right. it is often debate that every home should hava a water supply that is provided free of charge. From my perspective, water is basic need of our lives but free of charge might some have negative impacts. This essay will discuss both aspects.
One of the main theory of Masclow Motivation Theroy, that basic neccessaities such as water are need of human life. Every home should provide water supply free of cost in a way that all human being have access to drink clean water despite of social economic class or affordability as low-class also can easily access to drink clean water as its basic human rights. For Instance, in Eurrope, Itlay government has place frointer in every streets in all their cities, anyone can access to drink clean water weather local or touristist. This facility helps them to provide clean water to everyone and also attract tourism to build these kind of resources.
on the other hand, access of clean water without charges raise some concerns in the future. People will utilize water excess without relization of wastage of the water which eventually create shortage of water in the state or country. Government should offer subsidary charges or put some condition for example, supply of the water in particular timeframe or limited time. In the result of this, people will save water or used as per need bases.
In conclusion, apart from access clean water is a basic human right but free of cost will create some diffculties in the future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address the central issue and present a qualified position: clean water should be accessible to everyone, but providing unlimited water free of charge may encourage waste. The discussion of affordability and the public drinking fountains in Italy gives relevant support, while the concern about shortages leads to a practical suggestion of subsidies or limits. However, the position is not fully consistent: the introduction says you will discuss “both aspects,” but the conclusion does not clearly state whether you agree or disagree with the claim that every home should receive a free supply. The tourism point is also less directly connected to household water provision, and the proposed limits need clearer explanation. State your position explicitly and develop the household-focused examples further.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, two contrasting body paragraphs, and a conclusion. The transition “on the other hand” signals the shift to concerns about free provision, and the ideas generally progress from equal access to possible waste. Some connections are less clear or mechanical, however. The first body paragraph moves from Maslow’s theory to affordability and then to tourism without fully explaining how each point supports free household supply. Phrases such as “In the result of this” do not link the preceding idea naturally, and the conclusion repeats the main contrast without resolving it. Use clearer links between claims and examples, and make the final paragraph directly answer the agree-or-disagree question.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “human right,” “social economic class,” “shortage,” and “subsidary charges,” and you attempt less common terms such as “Masclow Motivation Theroy.” However, spelling errors are frequent and sometimes make the reader pause, as in “neccessaity,” “availiability,” “Eurrope,” and “diffculties.” Several word combinations are also unnatural, including “access of clean water,” “utilize water excess,” and “need bases.” These issues limit precision and make the vocabulary less controlled, even though the main meaning is usually recoverable. Check spelling carefully and learn natural collocations for access, supply, consumption, and affordability; prefer accurate, familiar wording over uncertain technical terms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mixture of simple and complex sentences, including a conditional idea about people using more water if it is free and a relative clause in “which eventually create shortage.” The overall meaning is generally understandable, but some sentence structures and agreement patterns are inaccurate. For example, “it is often debate” needs a passive construction, and “People will utilize water excess … which eventually create shortage” has problems with clause structure and subject–verb agreement. Articles and sentence boundaries also need attention: “water is basic need” and the lowercase “on the other hand” after a full stop are examples. Practise building accurate complex sentences, then check articles, verb forms, agreement, and punctuation.
