Student answer (Band 5.0)
Without any suspicion, usage of filter water is a essential need of society and government should provide water in households for every people in their areas. In light of,water is very crucial for the survival of human beings but may it has some positive as well as negative outcomes.
To begin with,it goes without saying that if almost every person gets filter water facility so most of the individuals stay healthy. That is to say,it is, infact, obvious that if government offer good quality of water to their members of their country at free cost so more and more humans drink plenty of nice water which contains several minerals and these minerals are essential for their health. To quote an instance, might in some regions of New York their government give water supply for public and they do not need to pay any amount of money so that their people keep healthy, and therefore; service of best quality of water is much more important for humanity to live life happy.
On the other hand, if this service is provide in evry almost every area so most of people can give disrepect to water. In other words, if filteration of water can happen in every livig area of living beings without pay any currency so numerous people can misuse of water or wastage of water,For example, in most of nations of world where humanity have free clear water so they use water in a very huge amount and which leads to empyiness of water for people who have more need of water such as bathing, food washing of clothes, etc, and therby;so all people must do proper utilisation of water they need to use water in small quantiy for according to their requirements.
To sum up,I pen down saying government should give clear and fresh who have knownkedge

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You present a relevant position in favour of free household water and give two related points: it can support health, while free access may encourage waste. The New York example and the discussion of people with greater need show an attempt to support these ideas. However, the response only partially addresses the question because it does not clearly explain whether all household water should be free or consider how this right could be balanced with conservation. Several claims remain general, and the final sentence is incomplete, so the conclusion does not restate a clear, developed answer. To strengthen the response, state your position directly in the introduction and conclusion, then explain each reason with a specific, credible example and a clear link to the question.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an identifiable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting contrasting effects, and an attempted conclusion. Transitions such as “To begin with,” “On the other hand,” and “To sum up” help signal the intended stages of the argument. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow because ideas are repeated or joined in long, crowded sentences. Phrases such as “That is to say” and “In other words” introduce restatements rather than new development, and the final paragraph ends abruptly. Some linking expressions are used mechanically, while punctuation and unclear references make connections harder to track. Use shorter sentences, develop one main point at a time, and ensure the conclusion completes the argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “survival,” “minerals,” “misuse,” and “proper utilisation,” and you try to use more formal expressions. However, the range is limited by repetition of “water,” “people,” and “government,” while several word choices or collocations are inaccurate and sometimes strain understanding. Examples include “filter water” for treated or clean water, “give disrepect to water,” and “empyiness of water.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-form errors, such as “evry,” “livig,” and “knownkedge.” Aim for accurate, natural combinations rather than ornate phrases: for example, use “provide a household water supply” and “waste water.” Proofread spelling and choose vocabulary that expresses your meaning precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “if almost every person gets… so most… stay healthy” and clauses beginning with “which.” This shows an effort to express cause and effect, but complex sentences are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make parts of the argument difficult to read. For instance, “if this service is provide” has an incorrect verb form, and “if government offer” lacks appropriate agreement and article use. Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also inconsistent, particularly where several clauses are joined together. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly controlled subordinate clause, checking verb forms, articles, agreement, and punctuation before adding further ideas.
