Student answer (Band 5.5)
For safe water, few things are more important than the the role of free water supply at home.In many developed or developing countries, a substantial amount of attention is given to charge free water supply at home, as it often requires different resources such as sufficient funding, appropriate equipments, peoper planing.Nowadays many would agree that modern society is moving beyond its traditional boundaries, and the charge free water supply at home in becoming increasingly important for people.Nevertheless, I strongly agree with this statement.
Naturally, free water supply at home is considered highly important for safe water, as it often creates valuable facilities such as creating healthire society, save money, reduce stress. Moreover, it demonstrates remarkable benefit for people, as it influences and improves many important areas of society. If this is adopted by government alike many people can benefit significantly. For instance, when people get charge free water supply at home, they no need to worry about their water bills which help to reduce stress and save money.Furthermore, charge free save water keep health save which help to create healthire society.
Under certain circumstances, however, government may hesitate to support charge free water at home because of several reasons such as eonomical losses, waste of water, environmental problems. While free water supply at home is widely accepted in many major cities and developed areas, people from poorer or developing regions may face difficulties because of lack of money, limited resources and access. Therefore, the idea of charge free water supply at home does not seem allways attractive or practical to everyone.
However, from my perspective, if the goals of water supply is show that charge free water supply at home is not merely an option but a necessity, then people may choose to accept a balance approach. It is the responsibility of government to evaluate the rolr of charge free water supply at home and decide whether it will bring more benefit than harm. Therefore, i believe that charge free water supply at home is beneficial for us.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is stated clearly in the introduction (“I strongly agree”) and reaffirmed in the conclusion, and you give relevant reasons, including reducing household stress and helping people save money. You also acknowledge possible concerns such as waste and environmental problems. However, the response only partially develops the central claim that water should be free: it does not explain how governments could fund or manage universal free provision, and the counterargument is mentioned without being weighed against your position. Some points, such as “create a healthier society,” remain broad and are not supported with a specific example. Develop fewer reasons in more detail and explain why your position remains convincing despite the costs and practical concerns.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable introduction, supporting paragraphs, a paragraph acknowledging objections, and a conclusion. Linking expressions such as “Moreover,” “For instance,” and “However” help signal relationships between ideas. Nevertheless, progression is limited because the same claim—free water saves money and improves health—is repeated in several forms, while the discussion does not build towards a clear evaluation of the opposing view. Some connections are difficult to follow, particularly the final paragraph’s sentence beginning “if the goals of water supply is show that…”. Use each paragraph for one distinct purpose, connect examples directly to the reason they support, and make the conclusion follow clearly from the comparison of benefits and drawbacks.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt some topic-related vocabulary, including “sufficient funding,” “limited resources,” “environmental problems,” and “responsibility of government.” However, the range is limited by repeated use of “charge free water supply at home,” and several combinations are unnatural or unclear, such as “charge free save water” and “health save.” Spelling errors—including “peoper,” “planing,” “eonomical,” and “allways”—also make the writing less clear. Choose accurate, natural phrases for the topic and vary repeated wording; for example, refer to “a free household water supply” or “water provided at no cost.” Proofreading spelling and checking collocations would make your ideas easier to understand.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses introduced by “as,” “because,” and “when.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to interpret. Examples include “people they no need to worry,” “which help to reduce stress,” and “if the goals of water supply is show,” where clause structure, agreement, or verb forms are not controlled. There are also problems with articles and sentence boundaries, as in “the the role” and “home.In.” Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly formed supporting clause, then check subject–verb agreement, verb forms, articles, and punctuation.
